Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
The start was pretty good then DAvid started billing for services not yet performed....found this out later in arbitration,,,I keep trakck of all work and bills and made payments along the way based on what work was perfomred. We discussed several additions to the job and david started work on one of them without a change of work order or a OK from me to go ahead withthe work. He was very expensive for the work and took almose 8 months to complete. Finally the dispute of charges went to arbitration and the outcome was favorable to me/property owners. David insisted we had not paid bill that were verified and paid. David was not truthfull wile under oath and that was shocking to me. some of Davids subs lied to me stateing they had not been paid when I was trying to get a lein releae fomr them. I had to pay them and then they kicked back money to David....the electrician stated that under oath in arbitration.
