"Thank your for your review. We appreciate the time you took to let others know that you enjoyed our services. We hope to hear from you in the future."
"[Member name removed], we apologize for any dissatisfaction with our services. We bent over backwards to make sure every concern was addressed, including multiple touch-ups and reviews of our work. The review you have written is your perspective and it saddens us very much that you would write that our owner Kerry threatened you. We find it unfortunate that you waited over a year from the date of our service to write this review. It is standard practice that all of our employees are run through proper government channels per Washington State HR requirements and guidelines. Unfortunately due to Angie's List policies, we are unable to post photographs of the project prior to when we started to show the poor condition that your chimney was in, but we do have photos showing that your chimney was close to falling before we set foot on the roof. The snow blocks that were installed were installed per manufacturer's specifications. If anyone would like to see the photos, please contact us a [email protected] . We also have photos of the painting we did a year later that show the incredible paint job we performed. In addition, we poured a concrete slab for your hot tub to be placed on. When you decided that you no longer wanted your hot tub moved, you chose to ignore our invoice, and thus we absorbed that cost. We apologize that you believe Kerry to be verbally abusive because that is in no way the case. It is unfortunate that you may not have been as satisfied with our work as we would have liked. We have pride in our customer service. We know others can see that we did our best, and we will continue to do our best for all our current and future customers."
