We asked for different solutions to the uneven heating in our old home. All three bidding contractors gave us options but it seemed that washington energy wasnt trying to steer us one way or another. Fair pricing, good install, good follow up. Would use again.

Price was hundreds less than first quote from another company who didn't really want to deal with electric water heaters. WES quoted over the phone very easily and the person was very pleasant. I opted for extra anode to extend the warranty from 6 to 10 years. Upon installation, the installer said the extra anode is many inches longer than the first anode that comes with the water heater so it seems worth it. Installation crew were very nice and good workers.

I began the process in August. The heater was not finally installed until 12/29 due to miscommunication among the employees and a lack of responsiveness. The first day the water heater was supposed to be installed the team could not install it because the sales person who gave us a quote had missed a few requirements and also not communicated some aspects of our house to the installers. This meant that we had cleared our calendar for a day, and that nothing happened. The sales person worked to ameliorate the situation, so we continued with the process. I then requested a meeting with an installer as well as the sales associate, which took a while to schedule due to a cancellation. Following that, it was hard to get a call back for installation. The actual installation included them punching an extra hole in our house (they glued the section removed back in with caulk, but it is ugly!) and having the output oriented in a different way than was described. Everyone that I dealt with was pleasant and tried to be helpful, and so far the water heater is working well, but I cannot recommend the business as a whole.

Very happy with our installer named Dan. He was prompt and professional. He explained everything to my husband as he was working. He cleaned up after. He stayed on task the whole time and there was no added costs. I really like when given a bid over the phone it was with tax included most places did not add that in.

They installed a new hot water heater, earthquake straps, etc. Did a great job. The price was good because they had a 15% off sale. Otherwise, it would have been the same price as my local plumber.

The crews that installed our windows and door were the "Seal Team 6" of their profession. They were very fast, highly competent, and did not cut any corners. The did an exceptional job cleaning up their mess and took away the old windows and door, much to our relief. The windows and door look fantastic and retain heat we were losing from the original windows. Our house no longer has drafts or condensation on the windows. I will most certainly recommend Washington Energy Services to all my friends and acquaintances. Furthermore, I will use this company in the future for other needs we may have.

Scheduled initial appointment on 10/31/17 for them to come and check out the current furnace. Nick Grobbelaar came out and looked over the old furnace, determined that it needed to be changed (which I knew going into this), and gave me options based on the location of the furnace in my garage, and local building codes. After looking over the estimates for the cost, I called back on Friday 11/3/17, and left a message for Nick that I wanted to get this done. He called back and said he could be here Saturday(`11/4/17) with paperwork necessary to get this started. He was here at 1 on Saturday, we went over the paperwork to finance it and how long it would take to get things scheduled to be done (3 to 4 weeks out), I could pay a few hundred more for a rush job to have it done by Wednesday (11/8/17), but since there was a discount for the month of October when I had scheduled the initial appointment, it turned out to be just $50 more. They financed half the cost (I paid half down). Nick told me their project manager would contact me with the exact time of installation and we would have it in and running on Wednesday. The coordinator called me Monday morning and said they'd be here the next day on Tuesday (11/7/17). My son was home and opened up for WES people to come in and get to work (between 8:30 & 9AM). He (my son) called me 1:50pm and informed me that the job was complete, new heater and Wifi thermostat we installed, up and running, a day earlier than expected.

I used the Angie's list special. The technician was very punctual and professional. He explained everything very clearly and got done quickly. I will definitely hire again. I think there might be duct cleaning services that charge less, but the work quality was worth the price.

We had such a good experience with Washington Energy Services on our furnace replacement that when it came time to replace the aging water tanks (16 yrs and 18 yrs) I called them for the job. We were contacted by the same sales person which facilitated the discussion. He prepared an estimate for replacing the two tanks with new tanks. I asked him to prepare an estimate for a tankless heater. The installation team did a great job. They explained their plan and got to work right away. Although they had a lot to do, and were working very fast, they always took time to answer our questions. They were friendly, and made sure we were alright with everything when the job was done. I feel good about the decision to go with the tankless solution and about working with Washington Energy Services again.

The crew of four arrived on schedule. Very courteous and efficient and used care in protecting our rugs and hardwood floor. The job took just under an hour, including a very thorough cleanup. All we had to do was move a few items of furniture back in place.

They offered to install a "temp" water heater until they could get to the job. They then found they could respond within a couple of days and we were up and running in two days. Numerous issues arose due to City inspector requests. All of these were handled quickly by Washington Energy. They made up for any mistakes with great service. This is a first class company.
