Doors
Every phase of this project was well done. Each worker was professional and skilled in his area of expertise, answering our questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. There were built in checks ins to make sure everyone was on the same page. Framing needed to be redone and was completed with care. Products were excellent. Job completed on time within budget. Very happy with result.

Job was performed well lower than A because of a couple of issues. Installers left behind and didn't haul all the garbage, not a big deal. Installers had dirty hands when installing Thermostat which included grease and silicon which got transferred to the thermostat and surround white encasement. It could have been done more professionally. I chalked it up to a couple of younger guys that were not paying attention to details.

Siding Service, Gutter Repair and Replacement
The entire process was handled professionally and flawlessly by the WES administrative crew. While we selected top of the line products, there were other options available. Also, the work was completed on time, without drama and with no errors, conflicts or omissions. Speaking of top of the line, the crew sent by WES was certainly the best. Though Matt (didn't get his last name) worked on it the first couple of days and worked very well, Brian Paulin and Mason Massey did the lion's share of this job. My wife and I are entirely satisfied with the work they did for us, and very pleased with the results. Not only were they very diligent in their work ethic, they were both very friendly as well and welcomed our questions and commentary about the project. We have the utmost confidence in them and, as a result, with WES as well. Our previous experience with WES for our new furnace and A/C install was also very good, and our experience with the WES reps, Rob Cohn (siding) and Nick Grobbelaar (A/C), was very positive and everything was delivered exactly as contracted. Products, people, performance, value - all were great for us at WES.

I had an AC unit and a Generator installed together by them. Overall, I am happy with what I received; however, I was not too happy about the install/piping layout that they did - especially without consulting me first about if it was okay to run the pipe up my siding, screw it in my siding above my fence line, and then run it down under my house.

We asked for different solutions to the uneven heating in our old home. All three bidding contractors gave us options but it seemed that washington energy wasnt trying to steer us one way or another. Fair pricing, good install, good follow up. Would use again.

They initially contacted me, but I think they were confused about what I wanted. There was a metal box support my furnace and I wanted to know if I could remove it and hang the furnace somehow without it sitting on the floor. They never contacted me back.

Price was hundreds less than first quote from another company who didn't really want to deal with electric water heaters. WES quoted over the phone very easily and the person was very pleasant. I opted for extra anode to extend the warranty from 6 to 10 years. Upon installation, the installer said the extra anode is many inches longer than the first anode that comes with the water heater so it seems worth it. Installation crew were very nice and good workers.

I began the process in August. The heater was not finally installed until 12/29 due to miscommunication among the employees and a lack of responsiveness. The first day the water heater was supposed to be installed the team could not install it because the sales person who gave us a quote had missed a few requirements and also not communicated some aspects of our house to the installers. This meant that we had cleared our calendar for a day, and that nothing happened. The sales person worked to ameliorate the situation, so we continued with the process. I then requested a meeting with an installer as well as the sales associate, which took a while to schedule due to a cancellation. Following that, it was hard to get a call back for installation. The actual installation included them punching an extra hole in our house (they glued the section removed back in with caulk, but it is ugly!) and having the output oriented in a different way than was described. Everyone that I dealt with was pleasant and tried to be helpful, and so far the water heater is working well, but I cannot recommend the business as a whole.

Very happy with our installer named Dan. He was prompt and professional. He explained everything to my husband as he was working. He cleaned up after. He stayed on task the whole time and there was no added costs. I really like when given a bid over the phone it was with tax included most places did not add that in.

They installed a new hot water heater, earthquake straps, etc. Did a great job. The price was good because they had a 15% off sale. Otherwise, it would have been the same price as my local plumber.

Windows, Doors
The crews that installed our windows and door were the "Seal Team 6" of their profession. They were very fast, highly competent, and did not cut any corners. The did an exceptional job cleaning up their mess and took away the old windows and door, much to our relief. The windows and door look fantastic and retain heat we were losing from the original windows. Our house no longer has drafts or condensation on the windows. I will most certainly recommend Washington Energy Services to all my friends and acquaintances. Furthermore, I will use this company in the future for other needs we may have.
