Excellent sales and after sales experience. The TV was delivered promptly and on time. The guys set it up and gave me quick tour. After a week an issue (mfg defect) was discovered with the new TV. The sales team had a new replacement unit delivered to our house with in a few days, no questions asked.

Very good customer service. They spent lots of time explaining the options. Even though they are paid by commission, there were no high pressure tactics. They negotiated the price and came down some to a price I thought was very reasonable (much better than elsewhere). They threw in a few extras because some of the features needed to be ordered.
The delivery was scheduled promptly, and they delivered on time. They even set up the TV for us and took our old one. As soon as the ordered items came in, they notified us to come get them.
What particularly impressed me about this store is that when I went back twice to ask for help on how to set up the TV feautures (I am not savvy with technology), they were VERY patient with my questions and explained things very clearly. They even called a few weeks after the sale to see if we were satisfied or had any problems.
I will definsitely use this store again. I was very impressed.
