"Thank you so much for the awesome review, we will try to live up to your kind words, Gary"
"I have tried several times to look up your account info, by address, city, and name - and I can't seem to find you anywhere! I hope it's just an error on my part. Could you call me and help me to find your account? Thank you :) Gary 206-718-1987"

"We offer a regular quarterly service to our customers where each service can be as much as 1/4 the cost of a single 'on-call' service! We offer a discount to people who find us through Angie's List, and it basically represents the loss of the profit was make on each new job. It's the most we can afford to do.We no longer offer 'Big Deals' through Angie's List, since we lost way too much money. Too many people looking for a screaming deal, and too few people who became regular customers. I can totally get where you are coming from. It is hard for me to understand why some things cost what they do too. Our fees are highly competitive, we shop our competition regularly - and most of our customers tell us that we are the least expensive option. We would love to charge less, but our charges haven't even begun to keep up with our costs. Not only do us owners make less than 98% of our customers, we work 60 hours a week or more for that privilege. If someone could please talk Google into cutting it's ad fees in half, talk our suppliers into huge discounts, and tell our technicians, who have families, that pay cuts are awesome, we would love to pass the savings on. But to be serious, the cost of acquiring a new customer can be as much as the entire cost of the initial service. We lost over a $100.00 off of each customer we serviced through the 'Big Deal'."
