I have been using Thu's Garden and Lawn Service for almost 5 years to do monthly lawn maintenance. I recently moved and had Andy the owner come out to my new home and give me an estimate on how much it would cost to continue service. He came out and gave me an estimate. I asked how soon he could have someone come out to mow the lawn at my new home and he told me he would have someone out by the end of the week. The end of the week came and went, no one showed up. I waited another week and then called to find out when to expect them since the lawn was starting to get very overgrown. I called 3 or 4 times over the next 2 weeks with no returned call. Finally, he answered the phone and apologized said he was out of town on a boat and was going to call his guys to find out what happened and would call me right back. He did not call back and still did not send anyone out. After 2 more times of calling and leaving messages without a call back I finally just went and bought a lawn mower and mowed it myself. I'm not sure what has happened because previous to this he has always been very quick in responding and easy to do business with.
