Surefire did an excellent job! They performed an eval of our residential pest situation, then came out and sealed our house [attic and crawlspace] to prevent future rodent infestation. Their treatment, for our house, was simple but effective. The office staff was also very efficient in scheduling the appointments. Give Surefire your business! They're local, prices are very reasonable, and they don't try to upgrade you to a high-priced plan; they give you what's needed for your situation.

They said they would come out again if any ants appeared, the ants showed up about two days before they were scheduled to come out. They came right out. We have had the same technician and he is great. He is very pleasant to work with. He put down the rodent bait as a preventative, and I looked out and saw him brushing down the nest the wasp had begun to make.

We are very happy and signed up for their bi-monthly treatment/service. They continue to be extremely helpful and responsive, we could not be happier.
