Kai is the best. Responsive, professional and thorough...will definitely use again. He noticed a yellow jacket nesting issue around one of my windows while cleaning. The exterminator came the same day to remove them...but messed up my just-cleaned window. Kai came back and cleaned it for me. I was willing to pay but he just did it. Just awesome!

Fantastic! I was able to arrange the entire job beginning with a web form on his page, then via email. (This is great for someone who works full time in a cubicle and who doesn't want all her coworkers to hear about her dirty windows.) He stopped by for an estimate within a day, and emailed the estimate right away. We arranged for a date via email and he showed up on time -- very pleasant to work with he did an excellent job. The final cost was the same as the estimate. He single-handedly did the entire job is just over 4 hours.

Two friends had highly recommended Sparkle Plus. I had recently had my house painted and needed the windows washed as well as the storm windows, which had been removed from the windows, and to rehang the storm windows.
There are 20 windows and 11 storm windows. He washed the outside of the windows and both sides of the storm windows and rehung the storm windows. He did an excellent job, was quick, pleasant to have around and very professional.
I asked Kai from Sparkle Plus to check the roof for moss. (I had had an estimate from a roofer for $600 to removed the moss from the roof. According to this gentleman the north side of my roof was thickly covered with moss and the $600 included charges for hauling the moss away.) Kai took pictures of the roof and the spots of moss. There were perhaps five or six small spots of moss on the northside of the roof and one on the south side. There was a small amount leaves in the gutter on the north side of the house. He gave me an estimate of $60. No moss needed to be 'hauled' away. He immediately and quickly cleaned the roof of moss.
While cleaning the roof of moss and the gutters of leaves, he discovered that there was a loose gutter. This was off a small roof extending covering steps at the back of the house. The man who had recently painted the exterior of the exterior of my house had not brought this to my attention. The gutter was loose because of dry rot of some of the roof supports. I very much appreciated having this brought to my attention and immediately hired Blue and Blue Roofing, also recommended to me by a friend, to reroof the back extension and replace the supports.

I think that the owner was a real character, very friendly, easy to work with; it was service with a smile, very amusing, and pretty craning in character. They did good work.
