The only good thing I can say is that they have appointments available right away. I don't have to call a plumber very often, so maybe their cost is average. They charge $205 for the first hour and $135 for each hour after that. Given that I only paid $240 for my water heater, this seems pretty steep, but I needed my water heater fixed.  I told the scheduler that I needed an appointment first thing in the morning and she was able to get me in the following day. Then she told me that there were two appointments ahead of me and I could expect the plumber between 10:00am and 1:00pm.  That didn't work for me, I needed the first appointment of the day.  She scheduled me for 8:00am the following day, the first appointment. I let my work know I would be late and cleared everything from around my water heater. Everything was going great.  I waited until 8:20am and nobody had come, so I called and was told by the office manager that the plumber had "called in". Evidently, they didn't think it was important to let me know that. She said they could get me in later in the day - 3-4 hours later - or first thing the next day with the same plumber that had failed to show. I told her that I didn't think I wanted to use her company.
