Don did an excellent job aerating, thatching, top soil and seeding our lawn. He did it last week and we see grass just beginning to peek through the topsoil. He leveled out our yard and we are sure it will look wonderful in a couple of months. Don has a lot of knowledge about how to water your lawn to avoid thatch build up. Don completed our first yard maintenance service. We hope to keep him routinely employed as we were very pleased with his work.

The service started out without complaints. Unfortunately it didn't last very long. After only approx 2 - 3 month he no-showed. When I reached out he said he couldn't come anymore because he injured his knee. No heads-up. On the last visit he brought a young helper and a solar light on the walkways was knocked out without making us aware. When I mentioned it he didn't even apologize.

Friendly ,prompt cleaned up yard and mulched flower beds. Looks so much better!

Donald (owner) came over for a lawn maintenance quote. we settled on a dollar amount for a twice monthly visits. However, after the first time he mowed my lawn, he emailed me that he wasn't interested in caring for a lawn my size. I don't have acreage, just a large flat lawn, which he of course had looked at. Disappointed in that kind of work ethic.

He called me just a few minutes after I requested the quote. He came over to my house within an hour and gave me an estimate. He came back and did the work two days later. My lawn really needed mowing and he did a great job. I've hired him to come every two weeks to keep my lawn looking nice. On the next trip, he's also going to do some branch trimming.

Donald sent a work order for the job with a fair estimate of cost, showed up on time, and worked hard cleaning up the debris from the yard, mowed and edged the lawns. He was just what I was looking for, accomplishing in one day what would have taken me months. Very pleased with this hard worker.

I was very impressed with the response of the owner who showed up promptly & actually had a lawn guy here same day. The lawn guy did a lot of damage (in a very small area) by gouging with his mower. Donald suggested a 2 day delay in the continuation of the work (cleanup & weeding) as his schedule was busy. I agreed to that, but after waiting the full day for his return, it didn't happen, nor did he call until evening to say he forgot & would have to reschedule it two days later. I've got a busy schedule too & resent the fact that these folks have no respect for the homeowner & they are not the only ones with commitments and time issues.
