My Furnace was red tagged because the heat ex-changer was bad. After 5 different companies tried to sell me a new furnace I called Rockwell and they came out and told me that the heat ex-changer was under warranty and they would install it for under $500.
They ordered the heat ex-changer from the manufacturer and as I need better airflow and cold air vents needed to be replaced they measured and ordered those as well. So in short they saved me about $10,000.00 on the cost of a new furnace. The other companies wanted $2000.00 to $3000.00 just to install the heat ex-changer, which of course I'm not going to put into a 12 year old furnace. On the other hand a furnace that is only 12 years old shouldn't need replacing.
One of my cold air returns was vibrating and Rockwell new that was the problem immediately, the other estimates I'd had told me it was the fan bearings. Rockwell installed a new return vent, cut another return vent in some ducting and added ventilation to the furnace room via the crawlspace access hatch.
I was so happy with the price, work, professionalism and communications of this company. They came when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves and kept me informed all the way. I was so discouraged after dealing with the other furnace companies, I felt like they only wanted to replace and the price for repair was so high it wasn't reasonable to do. Rockwell saved the day.

My husband and I have been really wanting a tankless water heater as our older one was huge and took up so much space in our garage and was forever running low on water. We contacted Mark at Rockwell Energy Systems as he did our A/C a few years back and couldn't be happier. They came out on time, cleaned up after themselves, leaving no trace that they were ever there, other than a wall mounted, compacted, energy efficient, plenty of hot water- tank! Both Mark and Tyler were super friendly and very easy to work with! I would certainly use them in the future for any heating, ac or tankless water needs.
