My wife picked this agent because she had "personality." She was enjoyable to work with. Rhonda's congenial and unassuming. First, she provided listings to us quickly. She would show homes at any time (weekends, evenings) and was not pushy. She kept to our price range and did not stray from our list of wants. She would preview homes, saving us from viewing some dumps and also provided some "extras" like candy for the kids and some niceties above and beyond what was expected. Rhonda communicated well with all parties: our attorney, the seller's agent, the seller and escrow. We were most impressed when Rhonda continued working hard AFTER closing, following up on a hold-back agreement where we held back funds in escrow for repairs undone prior to closing. We ended up right on target for price range and value, getting a home probably a little less than market value. Two thumbs up from us! Excellent agent.
