Good. Reasonable prices. Reliable. Great communication by YELP text. Jason and team, super and fast feedback. He got back to me right away. 5 star service. He’s a straight shooter. He’s been doing this so long he knows how much is gonna cost and if he thinks it’s gonna cost more, he will tell will use him again and again. Installed (2) toilets and (2) angle valves. He’s excellent!

Plumbing service went well, owner was punctual, and professional. He explained the scope of work prior to starting.

- March 30th, 2017 we received a phone call from Lowe's Installation support letting us know to anticipate a phone call from the installer within 3 business days. - April 5th, 2017. We received a voicemail informing us to call back to schedule an appointment. Afterward, we reached out and requested a callback, with the caveat that we probably failed to leave a phone number. - April 12th, 2017. We recontacted Regulators Plumbing LLC, via the phone number used to leave a voicemail. Was initially greeted with a confused response, which after requesting confirmation about a dishwasher installation, they clarified they were a plumbing company sub-contracting with Lowe's. After indicating who I was, we established an agreed upon time and presumably our dishwasher would be installed in a timely fashion. - April 17th, 2017. - At approximately 11:53 am, we received a phone call from Jason at Regulators Plumbing, confirming acquisition and confirmation he would be visiting our address. - Approximately 12:15 pm Jason (Regulators Plumbing) arrived and requested an opportunity to review the installation location. Immediately he realized the installation could not be completed. - At 12:23 pm after being explained what was needed, I contacted Lowe's informing them I was missing the required adapter to install the unit. - By approximately 12:50 pm Jason having determined he could not perform the install, dropped off the unit in our living room and departed. Pros: Despite no longer being my assigned installer, Jason answered my questions associated with potential issues that might arise associated with plumbing, electrical, and even took the time to wait for me to remove the used unit from the installation point and review the current plumbing. Cons: Jason made a total of two phone calls. The first was to schedule an appointment and the second was to confirm delivery of unit. At no point was a phone call made to reconfirm or let me know when he anticipated arriving (until he had the unit in his truck). In addition, whether out of apathy or experience, he didn't wish to return to finish the job on the weekend (which I understand) but would've helped me loads. In addition, a stainless steel waterline was not included in the dishwasher. In comparison, the following vendor arrived with the necessary parts.
