His name is Steve Branam and he had a flat fee for the scoping. We had a pipe that had collapsed and he was able to find in the scope what exactly had happened. It had been something that was a constant problem over the last 25 years that we have lived in the house where we would get wood damage and what not. He was able to come up with a solution where we simply bypassed rather than having to dig down six feet into a trench which would have been horribly expensive. We ended up bypassing it altogether and just rerouting the entire line. My husband and a friend were able to do the work but Steve kind of helped us figure that out. So it turned out to be a win-win. He is great and very honest. I think he does a lot of work for one of the major real estate companies in Seattle, and I don’t think they use him unless they really trusted him. We have referred him to people.

I'm hoping it would work out. It's the first time that I will use them. It was very reasonable. The person who did it was very young. He was only 21. He kept saying he had plenty of experience. I'm hoping this will work out and it won't back up again. They were very prompt. Their pricing is very good.

They arrived on time, were friendly and professional. The scoping was very thorough, and he explained everything that we were seeing on a monitor as he did the scoping and explained what we should be looking for. At the end, he presented us with a flash drive with a video of the scoping. Excellent service, and we would definitely recommend Reel Rooter and use them again!

When we bought our older house 2 1/2 years ago we had this company scope the sewer as part of our inspection process. He was very friendly and straightforward and provided us a DVD of the scope (that's entertainment!). So when our sewer drain backed up on Oct. 16, I dug out their name (which I couldn't remember) and called the morning of Oct. 17. I made an appointment for between 12 and 3 the same day and was told it would probably be closer to noon. At almost exactly noon they showed up. The employee was very polite and got right to work. An hour later he was packing up and leaving, the area around the drain was cleaned up. When we went out to settle the bill the owner was there to meet his employee and was very friendly. I can't judge cost because I have never had this service before.
