Protocol Plumbing and Sewer was established in December of 2006, however, our technicians and owners have been working together for over 10 years. Combined there is close to 100 years of experience between our crew and we will always send a qualified licensed technician to your home to service your plumbing needs. Your business is important to us and just like we demand respect as consumers, we will always treat you and your home with respect when doing work for you. Our goal is not to do a one time job and never see you again. We want to be your plumbing company and work with you to maintain your home’s plumbing. We love what we do and we look forward to meeting you and taking care of your plumbing needs. We'll let you know up front what your issue is and what your options are for resolving it.

Both Zach (on the phone) and Joel (in person) were very courteous and did excellent work. Joel followed the COVID protocols to the letter and respected the property. I am very happy about their work and would not hesitate to recommend them.

The service was ok, but was given an estimate for fixing (Two) copper pipes (which is intuitively should be replaced with same material which is copper). I found the replacement was only (One) pipe which they used PEX (cheaper than copper and requires less labor work). When I asked for itemizing the cost so I can understand the point from what I'm paying for (1 pipe replaced in less than 2 hours costed 700$ + taxes), Mike (the manager) refused and was shouting to me in the phone telling me that's "ridiculous" and I know nothing of plumping!!! (I swear I didn’t even ask for lowering the price) Conclusion: The service was to be accepted even with the same cost if I was told ((respectfully)) exactly what materials going to be used specially with breaking my plumbing system consistency (copper and pex) so I can evaluate the amount of work and the cost of those materials.That brought my insatisfaction of the cost I've paid taking also into consideration that the issue required less work than the estimate was for (1 pipe instead of 2).

It is never a perfect science or formula, but it was understood previous to beginning the work through multiple conversations and agreements. Eric returned my call promptly (within the hour of leaving my original message), and dispatched Zach to handle the repair at our house shortly after. Super friendly and knowledgeable, Zach found the source of the leak and charged us a very reasonable rate for an hour of his time and materials (pipe fittings, cutting, etc.). I trust their work and will use them again when we plan to remodel the bathroom plumbing in the near future.

I called on Tuesday, they were here on Thursday. Service was quick and professional. I appreciated that they took the time to explain what had happened, show the failed part, and explain why the issue was intermittent. Will definitely consider for any future plumbing needs.

I logged on to Angie's List at about 11:15am and requested quotes from about 5 plumbers. Eric called about 40 mins. later and said Chuck could be by in the afternoon and gave me a ballpark price (without seeing the project). It is now 2:40pm. Chuck just left after replacing the hose bib. He had to access the fitting through the interior wall. Did a great job; nice and tidy. The charge was in line with what Eric quoted PLUS an Angie's List $25 Discount. This charge was $100 less than another quote I received an hour later. We're super pleased. If only all contractors could be so good.

Worked with them twice now. Originally, they diagnosed a water leak issue that if gone unchecked, would have created huge problems. They used Sherlock Holmes-esque deductions to find the real problem. I don't know where I would have been without them. The second time was a simple call about fixing a flushing issue. Not only did Chuck call me back, he walked me through how to find a cheap replacement part, and sent me a YouTube video so i could do it on my own (after expressing some anxiety over the cost of having not just them, but any plumbing crew come out). Turns out, he couldn't have been more right. The issue was literally the dumbest, easiest thing in the world for a homeowner to fix (even one as inept as me) and it saved me tons. They are simply...great! I hate that I had to rate responsiveness as a B though. The truth is - they are so good, and in so much demand, that scheduling might be tough. HOWEVER, they will always call you back. so really, it's like an A-/B+ because its good that they are that busy.

Contacted Pinnacle on Monday and was able to schedule a routine call for Wednesday, which was perfect since a new dryer was coming on Thursday. Chuck was great - he was very amiable and even offered to help me move the dead dryer out of the laundry room after he disconnected it and capped the gas line. Needless to say I was extremely grateful to get his help with it! Thanks Chuck!

Everything has gone great! We have also see Eric training young people: honest, has integrity & great dedication to his craft - couldn't give a higher recommendation. Couldn't be more fun to work with prompt, prideful and honest. He won't even accept a birthday present. While still use 'Protocol' for all of our plumbing needs.

Zach came out and cut broken plastic pipe and installed new stop, Job complete by 5:30 PM. The cost was reasonable at one hour minimum. Glad that I could get a plumber out for a small job.

Since this was not an emergency, I was scheduled several days after I called. Chuck called about half an hour before he arrived to let me know when he would be there. He quickly fixed the leak with a new part. He also showed me the old part and why it had failed. He checked a similar faucet and said it was OK. Very pleased with his work.

last year they charged $400 over initial estimate, this year they did not respond to phone calls, told me they are too busy. Finally squeezed us not a close of business time slot but would have to come back to look at the old job they worked on. Both of which visits would have costs a fee just to show up. Chuck is not nice. Their work quality is good, but obviously not if they have to come back. Already informed me over the phone very clearly that anything else of what they didn't fix last time would not be their responsibility. I would think that anyone seeking new business and retaining old work treat their customers with respect and seek opportunities to improve by owning up to existing and new issues. I will NOT recommend to anyone.

Protocol responded right away. The cost was reasonable. I had him do something extra for my kitchen sink and he didn't even charge me for the extra work. I have a mother in law house that i am refurbishing and i will use them for that project. Really impressed with the work
