AFTER ACCEPTING THEIR BID, THEY STARTED THE JOB LATE AND DIDN'T FINISH A PORTION OF IT ON TIME FOR ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO DO HIS WORK. THE HANDYMEN WERE RUDE AND SARCASTIC. THE JOB TOOK TWICE AS LONG AS THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS NOT THE BEST, BUT ACCEPTABLE FOR THE PRICE.

"WE DID NOTHING WRONG ON THIS JOB. THIS CUSTOMER WAS UNREASONABLE IN HIS REQUESTS AND WAS NOT FAIR IN HIS TACTS. THIS CUSTOMER IN FACT WAS TAKEN TO COURT FOR NON-PAYMENT AND THE JUDGEMENT WAS IN OUR FAVOR AND THE MEMBER HAD TO PAY US THE MONEY OWED TO US. THE MEMBER THOUGHT HE WAS SLICK IN HIS TACTICS WITH US UNTIL THE JUDGE EXPLAINED EQUITABLE CONTRACT TO HIM. WE ARE A GOOD COMPANY AND THE MEMBER JUST NEVER GOT TO REALIZE IT AS HE WAS TOO BUSY TRYING TO RIP US OFF."
