PRO COMM

Have been with this company for years, but need to look for another provider. Have been trying to schedule an apt to install additional sensors and it is pretty much impossible to get these guys to come. After 3 days of trying to make an apt and finally making it, they just did not show up. I had to leave work early to meet them and they just did not come. Messed up on the address and customer..oops..so sorry. Tell that to my boss. Second time - they did not show up again. Have been trying to get someone on the phone for 2 days now, left 2 messages - nobody called back. Not a good sign if you are in the security/ alarm business. Once our current contract runs out, I am not renewing. If someone does not return my calls within 24 hours - especially if we are talking our home security here - there is no point in doing business with them.

Poor emergency calling - when an alarm sounds, the company is supposed to call a list of contact numbers before alerting authorities. We received multiple citations for false alarms due to ProComm's lack of calling this authorized list. In addition, the majority of false alarms were equipment-related - equipment installed by ProComm. Extremely poor and unprofessional customer service. When we recently called to discuss these service issues and cost of service with the company, the service person was uncooperative and refused to address our issues. When asked for her name and to be routed to a supervisor, she laughed and hung up.

Very professional. Everyone on time and they did a great job. There were some issues with the IP address of the DVR system but they kept working at it until it was resolved. They are not the cheapest around but "you get what you pay for" and I have a great system and even greater support!

LOUIS FROM PRO COMM CAME OUT AND SPENT TIME MAKING SURE THAT HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WAS CAUSING THE PROBLEM. HE DIDN'T WANT US TO SPEND UNNECESSARY MONEY REPLACING PARTS IF WE DIDN'T NEED TO. WE REALLY APPRECIATED THAT.

WE HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THIS SERVICE OVERALL. THEY RESPOND VERY QUICKLY TO ANY ALARM TRIGGERS AND FOLLOW UP WITH ALTERNATE NUMBERS UNTIL A CONTACT CAN BE MADE. WHEN WE INADVERTANTLY TRIGGERED AN ALARM WE ARE ABLE TO CALL IN AND CANCEL THE ALARM WITH MINIMAL HASTLE BEYOND SUPPLYING OUR PASSWORD. THEY ARE ALREADY AWARE OF THE ALARM AND READY TO TAKE OUR INFORMATION...NO WAITING.
