Have been with this company for years, but need to look for another provider. Have been trying to schedule an apt to install additional sensors and it is pretty much impossible to get these guys to come. After 3 days of trying to make an apt and finally making it, they just did not show up. I had to leave work early to meet them and they just did not come. Messed up on the address and customer..oops..so sorry. Tell that to my boss. Second time - they did not show up again. Have been trying to get someone on the phone for 2 days now, left 2 messages - nobody called back. Not a good sign if you are in the security/ alarm business. Once our current contract runs out, I am not renewing. If someone does not return my calls within 24 hours - especially if we are talking our home security here - there is no point in doing business with them.
Extremely poor and unprofessional customer service. When we recently called to discuss these service issues and cost of service with the company, the service person was uncooperative and refused to address our issues. When asked for her name and to be routed to a supervisor, she laughed and hung up.
