"We have confirmed that this is a FAKE REVIEW! Please remove this posting at once! We have no phone/email/paperwork records for this individual. And we are suspecting someone is sabotaging PMC Moving as we have found this particular review along with another Angie's List review duplicated (copied + pasted) on another social media forum. These reviews have been submitted to their "Integrity team" and the situation should be rectified soon. And as a message to the individual(s) writing these Fake and misleading reviews, you will be subject to a defamation suit. PMC has worked very hard over the past eight years to build its reputation and referrals/repeat customers are the cornerstone for our company which serves our community and employs many individuals with families to support. Before jumping to conclusions, please see our 20+ A reviews from previous years. Thanks, John Alex Lutz - Owner PMC Moving"

There were five guys and they looked like New York gang kids that got in here and went every direction and got into everything. They left trash all over my house and did not pack right. I told them where to start and they wouldn't do it. They stopped me every inch of the way and their boss is just as bad. They stole things from me and did not give me receipts on things. What happened was he did a bait and switch on me on his billing practices. I was really good about explaining to those kids about what needed to be done. Everything that was necessary for them to know was told to them at least four times. They packed stuff they were not supposed to pack. You don't pack cleaning products and put them on a truck. It is against the law, you can't do it. And they did it. I had already told them four times I need to use them. I can't believe it. They messed up things in boxes and were taking things out of context. They didn't pack any pots and pans. They just wandered around and did not know what they were doing. I think they just took them off the street. They were terrible. It was horrifying.
"I just would like anyone who read [Member Name Removed]'s posting to Please read this from our perspective. [Member Name Removed] had called us pretty short notice and described her situation that she was moving to Arizona and needed a shipping container loaded. The first red flag came when she said another moving company had come out to do an estimate for her job and that they declined to the move. However, considering that she's in Lynnwood, very nearby our headquarters and went on and on about her problems - that she's sick and that she has no one who will help her out and that she needed to be out by the end of the month, we had an opening and accepted the job. We had told her that we needed to come out and do a survey so that we could determine what job-specific materials were needed, but she said that wouldn't be necessary and that she was unavailable during the time slots we offered her. So based on her descriptions we were envisioning a pretty standard pack job and loading a shipping container which was in her front yard. However, upon our crew's arrival, it turned out to be nothing how she had described it to be. The only accurate information given was that it was a rambler home and the shipping container was in her front yard. Nothing about that there were items covering every square inch of her 2,000 sq ft home from floor to ceiling. Our crew literally had to clear stuff out of the way for the first half hour just so we could get set up and try to start packing. There were about 6-8 cats (living in deplorable conditions), furniture covered in dust and cat hair, and feces in all areas of the home. Tables, dressers, counter tops, among others, were all piled with a plethora misc stuff that seemingly hadn't been touched in years. I arrived on site about 2hrs into the project and she kept raving "how wonderful the guys have been". When it fully sank what we were up against I had our entire crew come outside for a briefing and I told them, considering the conditions here I will leave it as optional if you would like to continue on today's job. By that point our crew had a pretty good system going, so everyone decided to stick it out. I then told [Member Name Removed] that there is no way we would be able to finish in one day and that we would need to schedule several more sessions and not to mention, she would need 2-3 more containers to accommodate all the items in her house, or do a big junk removal. She agreed to have us return in a couple of days and the crew continued packing and loading for another 2hrs that day. All of our employees are background checked (as required by Washington state law) and are serious about their jobs and they get compensated accordingly. We are a professional company and we accepted a job that few others would have undertaken. She ended up with a sour attitude because afterwards I did have some crew members who did not want to return to that setting and that it was going to be difficult to get her out by the end of the month based on how much was remaining. She completely turned Jekyll and Hyde on us going from friendly to stark raving mad. It's no wonder that when I left the day I had gone out to the job site to meet our crew that one of her neighbor's approached me and long story short said..., "Thank God she's leaving!" Just wanted to share our perspective of the situation and please look at our other reviews. Thanks, John A. Lutz"
