Predatory behavior. DO NOT USE THEM!! One of the employees left a note with his phone number in my bed, under my sheets. This was such a violation. Predatory behavior by someone in my home that I should have been able to trust. When I called the owner Alex to let him know he said the employee admitted to putting the note in my bed under my sheets. Then said I would need to take it up with the employee as the employee said I was flirting with him. I wasn’t flirting. The conversation then got turned by Alex to flirting or not. The issue was his employee went in my room, lifted up my bed sheets and put a note there!! I felt more violated after speaking to Alex as he in no uncertain words told me I was asking for it because his employer said I was flirting. This has been a very traumatizing experience. I no longer feel safe in my new home. I do not recommend using them. With the employees showing predatory behavior and the owner blaming a woman for the man’s predatory behavior. I would no stars if it allowed me to

PMC was able to fit me in on a few days' notice, and I really lucked out, they were fantastic. They were on time, communicated well, very efficient and quick, while also being careful with my stuff (more careful than I am!). At the destination, I was squeezing way too much stuff into a small space, and they did a brilliant job fitting it all in. The cost was very reasonable, especially because they were so efficient.

This is the second time in just over a year that we used PMC Moving. This company is top notch! Each employee was wonderful to work with. They were very friendly, helpful, efficient, caring, and trustworthy. They were sure to go above and beyond in the service they provided. I will never use another company. You will not be disappointed if you use this company!

The three guys (Paul, Vlad and Matt) were great working with my mother-in-law. They were respectful of her things. They were pleasant and easy to talk to. There is no question that they worked hard and efficiently.

Everything was handled very well and they even put down floor protection. They went above what I expected. At the end, they removed miscellaneous moving materials and even swept out front from where my old rusty workbench had flaked off.

This company runs their business in a dishonest way. As a returning customer, I asked them to give me a discount for my upcoming move. The owner of this company agreed. However, when the job completed, the crew charged me at a full price. He told me that he didn't know anything about the agreeable deal. Seriously? He was right next to me while I was talking to his boss!! After the moving, I tried to call the owner for clarification. He never returned my call. If a company cannot cut their price, it's okay to be firm upfront to their customers. Please don't try to win business by pleasing the customer, but never fulfill their promises. This is an improper way to do business because they are lack of ethics. I will not use and recommend this company to all of my friends. What a shame!

I was really shocked when two of the crew got into a shoving match at the retirement home, I was at a loss for words. The move was just across town and it still took 6 hrs, and they quoted me $435, and it was almost $900. They were really rough with my mothers stuff as well. My mother swears that they stole her medication...

Horrible!! Avoid these guys at all costs!!! These guys were rude, JJ even hit on my 17 yo!! They lied to me about the costs and broke my mirror. I'm pretty sure one of the guys on their truck crew stole my wallet! I found it in the driveway the next morning with no cash in it... They were late, the "1 day job" took 3 days and the crew looked like they rolled out of an alley 30 minutes ago, the estimate was way off... Avoid these guys at all costs!!!

There were five guys and they looked like New York gang kids that got in here and went every direction and got into everything. They left trash all over my house and did not pack right. I told them where to start and they wouldn't do it. They stopped me every inch of the way and their boss is just as bad. They stole things from me and did not give me receipts on things. What happened was he did a bait and switch on me on his billing practices. I was really good about explaining to those kids about what needed to be done. Everything that was necessary for them to know was told to them at least four times. They packed stuff they were not supposed to pack. You don't pack cleaning products and put them on a truck. It is against the law, you can't do it. And they did it. I had already told them four times I need to use them. I can't believe it. They messed up things in boxes and were taking things out of context. They didn't pack any pots and pans. They just wandered around and did not know what they were doing. I think they just took them off the street. They were terrible. It was horrifying.

"I just would like anyone who read [Member Name Removed]'s posting to Please read this from our perspective. [Member Name Removed] had called us pretty short notice and described her situation that she was moving to Arizona and needed a shipping container loaded. The first red flag came when she said another moving company had come out to do an estimate for her job and that they declined to the move. However, considering that she's in Lynnwood, very nearby our headquarters and went on and on about her problems - that she's sick and that she has no one who will help her out and that she needed to be out by the end of the month, we had an opening and accepted the job. We had told her that we needed to come out and do a survey so that we could determine what job-specific materials were needed, but she said that wouldn't be necessary and that she was unavailable during the time slots we offered her. So based on her descriptions we were envisioning a pretty standard pack job and loading a shipping container which was in her front yard. However, upon our crew's arrival, it turned out to be nothing how she had described it to be. The only accurate information given was that it was a rambler home and the shipping container was in her front yard. Nothing about that there were items covering every square inch of her 2,000 sq ft home from floor to ceiling. Our crew literally had to clear stuff out of the way for the first half hour just so we could get set up and try to start packing. There were about 6-8 cats (living in deplorable conditions), furniture covered in dust and cat hair, and feces in all areas of the home. Tables, dressers, counter tops, among others, were all piled with a plethora misc stuff that seemingly hadn't been touched in years. I arrived on site about 2hrs into the project and she kept raving "how wonderful the guys have been". When it fully sank what we were up against I had our entire crew come outside for a briefing and I told them, considering the conditions here I will leave it as optional if you would like to continue on today's job. By that point our crew had a pretty good system going, so everyone decided to stick it out. I then told [Member Name Removed] that there is no way we would be able to finish in one day and that we would need to schedule several more sessions and not to mention, she would need 2-3 more containers to accommodate all the items in her house, or do a big junk removal. She agreed to have us return in a couple of days and the crew continued packing and loading for another 2hrs that day. All of our employees are background checked (as required by Washington state law) and are serious about their jobs and they get compensated accordingly. We are a professional company and we accepted a job that few others would have undertaken. She ended up with a sour attitude because afterwards I did have some crew members who did not want to return to that setting and that it was going to be difficult to get her out by the end of the month based on how much was remaining. She completely turned Jekyll and Hyde on us going from friendly to stark raving mad. It's no wonder that when I left the day I had gone out to the job site to meet our crew that one of her neighbor's approached me and long story short said..., "Thank God she's leaving!" Just wanted to share our perspective of the situation and please look at our other reviews. Thanks, John A. Lutz"

We couldn't be happier with these guys! We had some furniture that needed to be moved out of one house and delivered to two different locations. The crew showed up right on schedule. They loaded the last delivery first, and were very careful with a rare and fragile ceramic tabletop. They loaded the first delivery last, and both deliveries were made carefully and on schedule. The crew was polite and efficient. No coarse language or any such unpleasantries. This company was exactly what we needed. I'm not quite sure what the charge was, since a family member paid at the pickup site, but I think it was less than the $400 I quoted.

I hired PMC based on a recommendation from the assisted living facility in Bellevue, to which I was moving my mom. They were able to move her furniture and all of her boxes on short notice, within a couple of days. That was a great benefit. Their quote was reasonable.  They were on time, polite, efficient, and great to work with. They were very attentive to detail, wrapping and protecting all corners of furniture. An apprentice did break a lamp by mistake-- I'm sure the company will reimburse us. When they ran into some delays at the assisted living facility, they did not end up charging us for that extra time. That's first class. I'd recommend them, and would use them again without second thought.

This was the 5th time I hired this moving service and their services have only gotten better with time. they are professional, always on time and treat your belongings well. All furniture is wrapped in plastic when moving and I have never had any damage. They are well organized so the move goes quickly which saves you money. They are great and I have recommended to friends who have also had good experiences!

The movers were on time, quickly accessed the move and they were loading before I knew it. We even had to empty my storage room and the guys were accommodating during the multi-stops. Move was done very quick in the pouring rain and both the new apartment and all my belongings were in perfect condition. They took the time to arrange the furniture exactly where I wanted it placed. I have used them 4 times and all moves were great!

WOW! Excellent customer service all around! I called this morning and was immediately greeted by a very professional man named Alex, the owner. Last night I got a text from another moving company saying they wouldn't be able to do our furniture move as planned today because their truck broke down. They didn't even offer to reschedule. It was a very small operation and these things happen. However, I needed the furniture picked up in Redmond and delivered to my home in Silver Firs today. I was feeling anxious to find another company to help me out at the last minute. PMC to the rescue! Alex was extremely patient and courteous with me and was able to send two very nice, professional, punctual and strong guys this afternoon to do the work. Alex even called me when his team unexpectedly finished a job earlier than scheduled and were able to meet me in Redmond 2 hours earlier in the afternoon. Alex knew this earlier time would work much better for me and in my book, he went the extra mile to help me out. These movers were fast too...and super efficient. They wrapped the large pieces incredibly fast...I was seriously impressed! These guys know what they are doing. They even offered to move our old dining room table into our garage so that my husband wouldn't have to do it later that evening. Like I said, very helpful and nice. Two hours of time and well worth the money! So happy to have found a dependable moving company! Thank you!

I had initially called Alex for an estimate. He came over the next day and gave me an estimate. It was very reasonable compared to some of the other movers. The day of the moving the guys showed up. They were quick and thorough. They took care with my special pieces and wrapped them really well. We took the stuff to the new house. They helped set up my master bedroom which was a great help. They were great and the move ended up being less than the estimate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone
