This was an emergency. Water flooded my downstairs so I had to shut off all water to the house. Plumworks dispatched Michael in a timely manner and he got right to work. He was found the problem quickly (pressure relief tank) but he was did not stop there. He explained that there must be a reason that the tank blew so he checked our water pressure, it was 105-110 psi. I sat there and watched the gauge on the pressure meter myself. I had no idea. The water pressure in a residential home should be 80 psi or less. This also explained other pinhole leaks that I have had in the last 10-12 months that I have fixed myself. Our outside hose bib was leaking also. Michael replaced the Pressure Reduction Valve (PRV) the hose bib and the blown pressure relief tank in a timely manner. He even picked up all the pieces of drywall and vacuumed the area. I would use them again but I hope I don't have too.
