We are one of the few contractors in the area trained and certified to install integrated Apollo II solar roof shingles (integrated photovoltaics). At the end, he showed me photos of where the tiles blew off, explained how he repaired the roof, and then he actually said, "No charge". I couldn't believe it. So we will keep Pinnacles and recommend them to our friends.
Pinnacle did a great job! Great workers! Talk to Jason Shiel 206-919-5284. They corrected two problem areas for drainage and installed a complete new IB membrane system roof. They guarantee it as long as we own the house and, if needed, repairs are done at no charge. There is a fifteen year guarantee in place also if we sell the home to new owners.
Pinnacle asked if they could start two weeks earlier than scheduled, showed up at 8:00 AM every day for 6 days, worked past 6 PM on two evenings to be ready for the membrane to go on as scheduled, cleaned up the perimeter flawlessly everyday before leaving (I never found a single nail or piece of remnants anywhere during or after their work), met their schedule, stayed in budget, were careful, polite and fun workers, AND three workers (the lead and two helpers) came for three hours on Memorial Day holiday to double check the membrane status and do a final clean up check. They really know their stuff!
They aren't cheap but their price is in line with other bids, and we were really impressed with their work.
