Roy was fantastic.

Roy and his people were on time and on budget. We had about 1000sq ft of linoleum removed and the subfloor scraped in advance of tiling. The job involved more work than originally thought but Roy quickly revised the estimate in a way that was fair to him and to us.

Roy was the man that came out to do the job.Took him 2 days too totally complete the job needless too say I gave him a very large tip.This man busted his ass on this job.Finding good quality help

Roy took down a metal and glass railing system from my 3rd floor deck. Did a wonderful job under very hazardous conditions (40 foot drop from deck!). Very professional and efficient.

Next Level Demo & Junk, LLC. did not manage this project due to the incompetence of his employees. There was no response to our text. I would not recommend this company. 

Roy and his crew are great! they are very accommodating- courteous - and flexible. Roy is upfront about pricing and he did not budge on his quote even as the scope increased. I recommend working with Roy especially if your timeline and requirements are flexible - you are getting a good bang for your buck. only caution is that he may be working multiple jobs in the area and so it’s the best fit if you are also flexible. I am very happy with Roy, Nick (his demo specialist) and his crew - i was able to come over while they were working and help out here and there - it was a lot of fun. do not commit to a demo job before calling Roy! good luck!

Roy and Christopher were so accommodating. I asked for some miscellaneous help that wasn’t on the docket to do, and they did the job willingly and beautifully! They were professional, easy to talk to, diligent and needed little direction once I simply showed them the, “what and where” of the job needed. Their contact number is now in my phone for any further jobs as carpentry is also a skill set of theirs. Great experience!

Great experience with Next Level. They took down both walls quickly and removed all the waste. Very pro in explaining options with the current electrical. Would definitely recommend.

Roy did a great job hauling away construction debris and demolishing an old carport. He helped move a shed which was in addition to what I had asked. Prices are very good, and he is prompt and courteous. Will use him again for sure.

Roy responded to me quickly with a quote and was able to complete my project within days of contact. Showed up on time with plenty of notice, removed my hot tub and cleaned up the debris before he left. Definitely will use his services againð

Roy was friendly, professional and fast. He did a great job on the demo my my kitchen and was careful to salvage what he could to donate to Habitat for Humanity. Very reasonable cost and excellent work, highly recommended.

Raymond was very nice and professional and he was running late due to traffic and he kept in contact with me his prices are very reasonable and they took away all the old appliances and even unhooked them all for me. I would recommend this company.
