Jose and his crew did great work on a very difficult job. The repair was to the under side of my roof overhang and was about 20 feet in the air. The ground below was very uneven. And, they had to jack up the roof section to reattach it. Jose` and crew did the job quickly but expertly. If I need another job done, I won't hesitate to call Pelayos Construction.

Jose and his crew did great work on a difficult job. The job was hard to work on and was made harder by very uneven ground to build a scaffolding on. And, they had to jack up a section of roof 18 feet above. But, they overcame all of the problems and did a great job quickly. As good as the work being done was, the communication was mostly nonexistent. I never received a bid or and was never told if/when they would do the job. They just showed up one morning unannounced. And two and a half weeks later I have still not received a bill. I have tried to contact Jose four or five times, even in Spanish. I need to finalize this job with my insurance. Great work being done but no communication at all.

Jose was very responsive to me. He had a great can do attitude and completed project in a timely manner. The finished product more then met my expectations. His knowledge and experience with construction is evident and made a suggestion that improved the finished product. Would not hesitate to hire Jose again and would highly recommend him to anyone. Thumbs up!!!

Jose & his team did a wonderful job installing luxury vinyl throughout my home. There are a lot of details with door jams, floor heights/transitions, stairs, etc. and he did a fantastic job. He shows up on time every day, does great finish work and minimalizes/cleans up his mess. I also used him to replace my deck and stairs. Very knowledgeable, reasonable and smart. I will use him again!

Jose s work is structurally very sound. He is not good at finish work. I would hire him again for function projects but not if appearances mattered.

Jose was great. He came out the same day I put in a request for a quote and was able to fix my relatively simple issue the next day.

I just want to say that he is is a rare find. Honest , Dependable and fair. Its a rare find these days. I would certainly use them again and I would certainly recommend them.

Jose did wonderful job replacing our old deck, he uses premium Cedar wood and our deck is beautiful, we have a brand new cedar deck that we can enjoy for long time. He knows what he is doing, and provides suggestions for improvement and we hired him to do more work on the house. I would recommend him to my friends as well.

Jose Pelayo is very professional. His attention to detail is great. He explained what needed to be done on the project and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
