He seemed very nice, but he did a scare factor for me. He said I had a spider infestation and I needed to have things done and he ended up giving me a quote for $1200. I actually found some other people to come out and he said my problem was a stump just on the other side of my property with termites. None of them said to me that I have any kind of a spider infestation or needed $1200 worth of work. It was very excessive. The next closest bid came in at $500 for a yearly service and an initial consultation. They did not do any work. All he did was to give me a quote and walk around the house and tell me what kind of infestation I had. His responsiveness was very fast and he was here when he said he would be here. He seemed professional at the time, but I think part of that professionalism falls under the category of giving a true honest quote too. I know that what he was quoting me was not really accurate, he was trying to up the bill. But he seemed like a very nice guy.

I don't know if it is once a month or once every other month that they come. I have got a yearly subscription. They come out and deal with things. I don't have to think about it. I don't get spiders or rats or anything around. I don't have to address issues. They just take care of it. I would continue to use them in the future.
