The team was punctual and professional. The site supervisor did a good job keeping us updated on the project. Upon final inspection there was an area where the water damage occurred that did not blend entirely. The owner of the company came out to assess, agreed and developed a plan to remediate. During the time we were waiting for this to be done we had an appliance fail, leak and damaged a small area of our newly refinished. Ugh! They came in and provided a reasonable bid. And subsequently repaired both areas. We are so happy with their work!The area of remediation was fixed beautifully and the new color is beautiful. We would HIGHLY recommend.

They were prompt and professional upon initially contacting and scheduling the work. Unfortunately the workers did not show up as scheduled and had to be called. The did finally arrive several hours later but they were efficient in doing the job. I will say my job was very small so they were likely fitting me in between bigger jobs. They finished quickly were clean and polite. My one disappointment besides their lack of punctuality was their sanding work on my ash floors did leave some circular edger marks, that while not horrible or too noticeable unless you truly look, I still see them. Still given the price and overall quality of the work I would consider again and recommend.

The work that was done is great. However, the scheduling, response time, and communication need a great improvement. I liked the team. they were very polite and they did a very clean work. Due to bad scheduling sometimes crew was coming late and working late till 8, 9 pm which has some negative effect on our family daily routines.

Overall it went very well. My only issue was getting prompt responses to my phone calls and text messages.

FANTASTIC ! THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY. THE FIRST TIME WAS TO REMOVE CARPETING FROM A 1959 HOME. THEY HAD TO REPLACE A VERY LARGE SECTION OF HARDWOOD DUE TO PET DAMGE AND MATCH THE FOORING. I FIGURED IF THEY CAN MATCH FLOORING THAT IS 50 YRS. + THEY COULD EASILY MATCH 15 YR. OLD FLOORING IN MY PERSONAL RESIDENCE. GREAT JOB I'M SORRY I DIDN'T DO THIS SOONER.

Wonderful job. I actually overpaid as they did not take out my Angies list discount. When I notified the company the owner came by with a check! One down point was they had to take off baseboards and they do not re-install but they gave me a contact of someone who will. Very happy with the job. Thank you

Great!!! Vasiliy Bagniy came out and gave us a very good bid for the job. His crew David and a couple of other guys came out within a week to do the tear out and new flooring. They transitioned the floors in every room no T-molding between rooms. They were on time every day, very nice and professional. Excellent job. We were amazed everyday before they left the job everything was cleaned up. Everyone that comes over can't believe how beautiful our floors look. We are very pleased and would recommend NW Premium Hardwood Flooring.

Very responsive. Quick turn-around time from request to quote to work - a crew was out the next day. The floor looks good. They removed millwork before refinishing. After they crew departed we discovered: one piece wasn't reinstalled behind the fridge, plus two small pieces were broken and just left on the floor. It's not a big deal, we just wish additional care had been given during the removal and re-install of the millwork.

Done on time

Vasiliy and team did a nice job of replacing my existing flooring with oak hardwood flooring throughout the entire house. He also accommodated my late request to switch from one flooring to the other and called the distributor while he was on vacation to have it changed while it was on the loading dock! As we had the entire house done, I had to arrange to have everything moved out very quickly and we did have some communication challenges over the timing of this. Although his team arrived while the furniture was being cleared out, they waited patiently with no complaints until rooms were cleared and they could start work. When it came time to replace the stair treads, the wood for the tread trim delivered was a slightly different tint than what was expected and Vasiliy offered to come back with new wood. However, it actually looked very nice to have the contrast and we decided to use what we had. Vasiliy also brought me some extra trim pieces he ordered and delivered them to my house later. Vasiliy's team did good work, cleaned up well afterwards and Vasiliy inspected it as well as did the more difficult stair trim work himself. He was very willing to talk through options about adding trim pieces in different areas. His availability and pricing were both much better than the other bids received.

Based on excellent reviews and initial communication, I selected NW Premium Floors Inc to take care of the flooring in my newly purchased Seattle home. I am more than happy with the job they completed! The family run company is attentive and professional. As with most home improvement jobs there were some hiccups, which were quickly addressed making me feel even more confident in the service provided. They demoed tiled, carpet and pergo flooring to feather in beautiful oak floors to precisely match the existing red oak flooring. The stairs blend perfectly and the finishing color is exactly what I hoped it would look like. They went above and beyond and I was extremely pleased with the final product and post cleaning of the work area. I highly recommend Vasiliy and his team to anyone looking to hire a crew with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Vasiliy and his team did a fantastic job restoring our floors that had been covered by linoleum and carpet for decades. They got the work done on time and with gorgeous results.He made good recommendations on the best ways to restore the floors, deal with any issues that came up (after decades of covered problems -- linoleum with industrial glue, vast sums of dried painted floors later covered by carpet, etc.) Vasiliy used Facetime videochat to walk through the house and show us both the progress and areas that required additional work/decisionmaking. Because we were out of state buyers and couldn't see the work/floors in person, this was very helpful. There was an issue that the team didn't reinsert the heating vents before we moved in, but when I called him to let him know, he sent over two young men, who finished the job the next morning. We would be happy to recommend them again.

We had our very damaged hardwood floors re-finished to a beautiful condition.  The project was done in the promised time frame and the quality of the work is excellent.  We received a few other bids (which were higher) and the other bidders also tried to upsell us but Vasiliy listened to what we wanted and provided a fair bid with only what we wanted.  We highly recommend NW Premium Hardwood Floors!

EXCELLENT! From the bid process (got bid from 4 providers) to follow-up after the completion of the project was simply amazing. The professionalism, attention to detail and exceptional quality by Vasiliy and his entire crew makes it easy to recommend these guys.

Vasiliy Bagnly the owner/manager responded to my inquiry in November.  He came on time as promised to assess the job and was not put off by the fact that we were looking at job to be done in January.  We were given a couple of choices for start dates which was great since we were going to paint the interior of the house and replace the sheet flooring in the kitchen and bath.

The crew showed as promised, and worked steadily for 3 days.  I know because I was around to visit the family pets.  It should be noted that we removed all the baseboards and interior doors ourselves which reduced the cost and the time involved. 

We are more than pleased with the job that was done.  We had several other vendors in for estimates and it was clear the gaps were a problem,  The gaps look great and we expect they will stay that way if the house doesn't keep sifting.  The pet stains are gone.  All the closets, big and small are well done and along the base of the brick fireplace is finished right to the edge, no plain square rooms here.

I thought the price was very reasonable.  He sent a very efficient and professional team to do the work. The job was finished when they said it would be and I would definitely use them again.  It was a very good experience!
