well The only reason I wouldn't hire again is because they are now out of business.

They were not qualified to do the work yet they were doing it. I have a classic car and elevated good mechanics for newer vehicles, the systems in my car were beyond heir abilities. They just kind of bungled it up. I have to save up and take it to a different shop and its 500 dollars to undo what they did. They said it was not their fault. I called a number of times and they would not call back.

They seemed to be very organized, it was very clean, they did a follow. They are quality staff. Their price is a little high.

Took longer and cost more than quoted, the repair did fix the problem. I would not go back they seem to be as expensive (or close to) the dealer repair costs.

I was given an appointment the next day after calling, was contacted the next morning regarding what they had discovered, given a cost quote, was given recommended additional services that they found needing attention. I am very pleased at the speed and thoroughness of the service. I gave an N/A rating to the cost because I don't have a comparison to use for a fair evaluation. $1400 seems pretty dear, but on the other hand it is a Mini/BMW and German cars are expensive to maintain and repair. I doubt another shop would have been less, and I certainly could have had a much worse experience elsewhere. Overall, I am please with the service I received and will probably use them again if the need arises.

I had attended a Mercedes Club event hosted by Monique at Northwest German.  I was impressed with the level of knowledge the techs showed, so scheduled my car to get a full oil change.
I delivered the car the evening before the scheduled day, and was called by Monique as soon as the tech completed the oil changed and inspection process.  She mentioned a number of issues I knew about, as well as others I was not.  I stopped by the shop to go over the full report, that was very complete as to issue, estimated cost, and priority.  Monique and I picked the most pressing issues and the work proceeded.
I was called every day to keep me updated as to progress and solutions.  This high level of care and attention is incredible.  This is above and beyond service I have had with other shops.

It was not excellent. They left something out of the service that I think they should have known. I took it back to them once, and they didn’t figure it out. I had to take it to another dealer to get it corrected. Northwest German Car Repair was very responsive, and the vehicle was ready when they said it would be.
Response from Northwest German Car Repair
"Northwest German Car Repair attempted to contact this customer multiple times with no response. We do not have record of this customer contacting us about any issues with the battery or having returned a second time. We stand behind our work and would never make this mistake. When replacing a battery in a BMW, it is impossible to start and run unless the battery is registered and the vehicle reprogrammed. Also, if there were issues caused by a repair we performed the customer has a full warranty on the repair and should have contacted us and returned to our shop to have it corrected. All Best, The NWGCR Team"
