First of all, they gave us a rough estimate for our window and gutter cleaning needs. For the gutters of our 2000 square feet house, the estimate said 75/hour and the maxium time is two hours to get the job done. But the day when they came to clean our windows and gutters, they had three people clean the gutters. It turns out that they charged us $75/hour per person. When they gave us the estimate, they never told us that they would charge $75/hour for each person. The job only took 2.5/ hours including the gutter cleaning AND the window cleaning but they charged us for three hours of gutter cleaning plus the cost of the window cleaning. Now about the windows. When they came in to clean the insides the of the windows, we asked them to remove their shoes upon entering. They said they were the "slippers" but it was it was just their normal shoes. So, they didn't remove their shoes and dirtied our carpets. We told them prior that they do not need to wash two windows because we had to replace them. They didn't clean them but they still charged us for it. When they were done cleaning the upstairs window by the bathtub, we did not notice the mess they made in our bathtub until they had already left. There were all sorts of dirty things all over the place and there was even a spider. If you hire them, carefully supervise their work and beware the price that they estimated you and what they actually charged.

Everything always goes smoothly.  They are very friendly, yet professional and do a great job.  Always on time and complete the job in a timely manner.
