N&N owner and staff are friendly and polite, and they do an adequate job of basic lawn maintenance for an acceptable price. The main problem we had with them is that although we paid for weekly service they would occassionally skip a week (7-10 days) without any refund or credit or acknowlegement that the work was skipped. We learned the hard way not to pre-pay when out of town.
