Overall, ok. I had to manage most of the work and follow through on schedules. Paint job was a joke. This company sub contracted painters. I have seen work done better by an elephant than the yahoo's Monet hired.

Great experience... communication about scheduling went well... when traffic held up the arrival time a courtesy call was made to let me know.  Work finished on time and both it and the tech were very professional

We had a bit of a time crunch getting the house ready to sell. We contacted Monet and told them when we needed them and done by a certain time. They were there when expected and finished with time to spare. Excellent work.

He was very professional and I thought he was knowledgeable in his work. He provided me a quote. I had to book it late in the year, and he didn't seem interested in doing a project that late. He did mention that I might prefer to go with another provider because he had a busy schedule.

The painter was on time, professional, tidy, and did an outstanding job on all the window sills.  I called 5 paint contractors and only two called me back. Monet called me within 15 minutes, set up a paint date, and gave a very reasonable estimate over the phone.  I would most definately  use them again.  The phone was answered by a person instead of leaving a message for a call back later in the evening or the next day.  I am very satisfied with the quality of the work, the time it took to complete the job, and the price was more than fair.  This is a quality outfit.  I would rate them A++++

I prefer to make most contact via email.  I received same day email responses for the job, throughout the job until the last day of the job.  I made initial inquiry via phone, received same day response via phone.  The workers on site were very professional as was Mr. David Crompton-Owner who on the job site the majority of the time.  Though it was "simply" the exterior of my house, I am amazed at the beauty and quality of the job every time I look at my house.  NOT DISAPPOINTED IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER ! QUALITY WORK BY FOCUSED PROFESSIONALS !

They definately provided quality service. They made a commitment to do the job and they went above and beyond to match the color of the cabinets. They are careful of protecting the working area around the house. We are very impressed with the quality of the job. Will use them again with no doubt.

I thought they gave a good price. I found them on Angie's List. They had the highest reviews. They gave a very good estimate. They were professional. They were polite. They were knowledgeable.

This company did a wonderful job over a few weeks as we worked between rain days. I did not report in a timely fashion and may not be doing them justice, but I would hire them again in a heart beat.

Their price was the highest among the five others whom I interviewed. They were very professional. They did really well. They had good understanding and skill for the job. They knew what they were going to do. I was very impressed with them. As I said, since their price was the highest among the other five, they will not be considered. Price was the only issue. I wouldn't consider them for a bid in the future. Their price is the highest so I would consider the people whose price is reasonable. I?m looking at the price, even though they do an exceptional job.

He came out and looked at everything. I thought he was very professional and timely. The two other companies that we got bids from couldn?t make the original appointment. He emailed me the bid and gave me an Angie?s discount. It seemed like they were professional and had the skills to do the job. One of the reasons we didn?t choose Monet was that it was the most expensive of the three bids we got. We might ask them for a bid again in the future but the price, especially in this economy, is a big factor.

They were very professional and did a great job with prep and clean up. It was especially helpful that their general contractor division could do the siding work we required and communicate with the painters for quickest service. The office staff was always very helpful and attentive. Their bid was competitive with 2 other estimates we received. We were very happy with the end result.

Monet did excellent work on both jobs (house exterior and interior entry, stairs, and halls). They replied promptly to our requests, provided thorough estimates, and kept us informed each step along the way. They were always prompt, professional and courteous. On our exterior job, they prepped by washing the exterior, masking/covering windows, doors, walkways and plants prior to painting. During the job, they kept the work site tidy and cleaned up each evening. When the job was complete, they cleaned up thoroughly and did a QA check before going over the job with me and presenting the invoice. On our interior job they prepped by covering floors, covering adjacent rooms and furnishings, masking off trim, railings, windows, etc, while leaving us access to all areas of the house. When the job was complete everything was neatly removed. I was completely satisfied with the quality of the painting in each case. When we unexpectedly had to leave town to attend a funeral during the exterior paint job, they were flexible and worked around our schedule When a lock box I provided jammed during the interior paint job, they were flexible and resourceful in working around the inconvenience. They even offered to do a few minor touchups to our millwork when we opted to defer painting til a later time. When the paint we provided did match, Dave offererd to pick up the corect paint and redo the touchup. This was far beyond my expectations and very much appreciated. We will definitely contact Monet for all our future paint jobs.
