It is a positive experience for me. I would recommend them.

The only thing I don't like about Merry Maids of Lynnwood is that they are always sending different people. It's never the same two ladies. They come within the time, and because I am a regular customer I finally got them to come early in the morning rather than at dinner time when I'm making dinner. They're responsive too and they want to know if somebody did a bad job. They are responsive in that way or if anything's broken or something happens to something, it's only happened once and I've been using them over a year. A cord broke on one of the computers and I went out and bought a new cord and sent the receipt in and they reimbursed me, so that was a very easy thing. To me $189 is high, but I don't have anything else to compare it to, so I don't know about the price.

Replaced broken items. Efficient. Broken items, took longer than anticipated. Seemed surprised about cleaning that I requested when given estimate. Avoid this overpriced cleaning service. Pay better wages perhaps to recent and train better more professional employees.

The first time they cleaned my house they broke 2 items and didn't tell me. I discovered this when I found pieces of ceramic on my patio, which they'd apparently swept out the door after breaking the items. They consistently forgot to clean various parts of my house, even after repeated reminders and visits. If I hadn't been busy and traveling I would have gotten new housekeepers immediately. They broke a total of 6 items in almost as many months. Their employee turnover was high, adding to the inconsistency of their work. One employee - instead of vacuuming and washing my laundry room floor - stepped in my cat's barf and wiped his feet around on the floor, then left the room as is. I had to wash the floor to clean up after the housekeeper! Most employees were very nice people, but seemed utterly lacking in training. Karen Shreve is a shining exception. Overall, I'm sorry to report that they provided very poor quality work and have unprofessional field and office staff.

I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE, BUT IT VARIED FROM TIME TO TIME BECAUSE I HAD DIFFERENT PEOPLE EACH TIME. SOME WEEKS I'D HAVE SOMEONE DO A MORE THOROUGH JOB OF CLEANING THAN OTHER WEEKS. THEY WERE ALWAYS VERY QUICK TO RESPOND IF I NEEDED TO MAKE A CHANGE IN MY APPOINTMENT. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING. THEY CAME EVERY TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD.

IT WAS DONE ON TIME EACH MONTH AND THEY WERE COURTEOUS.

THEY SENT 2 CLEANING WOMEN TO CLEAN MY HOUSE. ONE WOMAN WAS EXCELLENT, BUT THE OTHER WOMAN'S WORK WAS UNSATISFACTORY. SO I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY SENT TWO MORE WOMEN TO REDO THE JOB. THEY DID JUST GREAT! I WILL BE USING THIS COMPANY ON A MONTHLY BASIS.
