The workers showed up on time to do the installation. The Maytag dishwasher does not dry well, everything was still all wet when I was finished with the dishes. This happened the first time I used it and haven't tried it out since. I'm not totally satisfied with it at this point. The dishes were clean and the dishwasher ran quietly. The fan on the microwave is too noisy. I am very satisfied with the range. But, if you are a cook that cooks for the family and cooks a lot, the Corian counter top does not heat up as quickly and as fast as my electric range did. You have to clean the range quiet a bit and have to use a special powder and scrub. For me, this isn't a problem because I don't cook much, but for a family cook it might be an issue. I would use them again but I would discuss with them more completely.

CYNDI WAS VERY GOOD AT EXPLAINING THE FEATURES OF THE APPLIANCES WITHOUT BEING OVERLY SALESY OR FOLLOWING US AROUND. SHE IMMEDIATELY OFFERED MY SON A COOKIE AND WATER AND SHOWED HIM THEIR TOY AND VIDEO SECTION, THEN TURNED ON A TV SO I COULD MONITOR HIM FROM THE FLOOR WHILE SHOPPING. HE PLAYED CONTENTLY WHILE I SHOPPED. I DIDN'T BUY ON THE FIRST VISIT, BUT SHE DID SEND ME HOME WITH DETAILED PRINT OUTS OF THE APPLIANCES I WAS CONSIDERING. WHEN WE RETURNED, SHE GREETED US AGAIN AND FURTHER EXPLAINED AND DEMONSTRATED (DISHWASHERS ARE HOOKED UP SO YOU CAN HEAR THEIR NOISE LEVEL) APPLIANCES. SHE LET US HAVE ALL THE TIME WE NEEDED TO OURSELVES. SHE WROTE UP THE OFFER, ARRANGED INSTALL WHICH TOOK PLACE A FEW DAYS LATER AND EVEN THREW IN A BOTTLE OF STAINLESS CLEANER. I HAD ONE FOLLOW UP QUESTION, WHICH SHE PROMPTLY HANDLED. THE INSTALLERS WERE COURTEOUS, RESOURCEFUL, AND THOROUGH. THERE WAS A MINOR SCRATCH ON ONE APPLIANCE, BUT I CAN'T SAY IT WAS THEIR FAULT.
