Diana is one of their employees and she cleaned my house for the first time this week and is excellent! I love Maidpro they do a full house cleaning every 3 weeks and I am always beyond pleased.

I was charged for 3 hrs cleaning service but cleaned only for a little over 2 hrs. Called customer service but did not call me back. Email them but didn t answer. I want them to refund a portion of my payment because they did not follow what we agreed on.
