Diana is one of their employees and she cleaned my house for the first time this week and is excellent! I love Maidpro they do a full house cleaning every 3 weeks and I am always beyond pleased.

I was charged for 3 hrs cleaning service but cleaned only for a little over 2 hrs. Called customer service but did not call me back. Email them but didn t answer. I want them to refund a portion of my payment because they did not follow what we agreed on.

The cleaning crew arrived at the scheduled time and came with their own supplies and cleaning equipment. They did everything asked of them and were very professional and friendly.
