 + -1 moreWhat can I say, Mary Francis Graef the sales associate at the Estee Lauder counter made be feel like I was the only customer in the store. thank you so much. Macy's gets a AAA rating in my book.
Description of Work: Today I went to Macy's at the Alderwood Mall Parkway, in Lynnwood, Wa. The Beauty Advisor Mary Francis Graef was the most wonderful, helpful sales lady that I have ever done business with. She went above and beyond what any sales associate has ever done for me in the 35 years that I have been shopping at Macy's. I have been to Macy's all over the USA and I must say that Mary Francis Graef is one of Macy's finest. Thank you so much Macy's............. she is a definitely a star in my book.
