They came out, and they were polite. They check their work. I was really delighted with them. They are a great company. I would use them again in the future if needed, and I had already recommended them to my son.

We talked with several different companies to get estimates. After receiving their estimate, we decided to go with them based on their professionalism, price and honesty. They cleaned up as they went, they arrived when they said they would, and completed as scheduled.

They were referred to us by our insurance company. First they did a temporary repair of the roof where the tree went through and then they came out and replaced the whole roof. I would highly recommend them. Our insurance paid for the roof except for our deductible. They were great.

I am not very happy with them because they won't call me back. I called them 3 or 4 days ago and they didn't call me back. I leave a message with the secretary and they don't call me back. They do good work and they are very prompt. They didn't charge anything because the roof is under warranty. They are very prompt if we have a problem but I want the roof inspected every year at their suggestion. They refuse to return my phone call. If I have a leak, they will respond.

We got an estimate from Loberg when we were buying our home, then sat on it for months and collected 5 other estimates from roofing companies with good reviews on Angieslist. Loberg offered us the best value for money, so we went ahead and scheduled the work. I am no roofing expert so I can't really speak to quality, but in all other respects I know these guys were top notch. They showed up on time, got the job done in two days like they said they would, and cleaned up so thoroughly that you never would have known they were there. They suggested we replace our bathroom skylight and did that for an extra $200. Afterward, we got a follow-up email to give us a heads up that our chimney needed to be repointed, which was a helpful bit of advice since we weren't aware of it. All around, A++! UPDATE - A little over a year after they replaced our roof, some hard rain fell and I woke up to the drip drip drip of a roof leak above our stairs. Apparently someone installed the wrong kind of vent and it didn't keep the water out. The company was very responsive and sent someone out the same day to take a look, and he replaced the vent. He said the person who had done our roof had been fired (presumably due to shoddy work). He also eventually agreed that Loberg would pay for replacing our soggy ceiling. So I'm keeping the A ratings on price, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism... but have to give a D for quality in this case.

When my wife and I got our home inspection report, one of the major issues that was pointed out was the old torch-down flat roof on the house. In order to negotiate with the sellers, we really needed estimates for cost of repairs on various items, and we used Angies List to try to find a roofing company, the last thing we wanted was to buy the house only to have the roof start leaking! Loberg was the only company to be not only friendly when I explained the situation (I was surprised how rude a couple other companies were), but also were willing to send someone (Kevin White) out the same day to actually climb up on the roof to do an estimate! Needless to say, the seller was surprised, but having the estimate and many clear pictures of the damage on the roof really helped our negotiating position. Several times we communicated with Kevin and it went very smoothly, and we knew that when we closed on the house, the first thing we would do is get Loberg to do the roof. In an odd turn, it was surprisingly difficult once we wanted to have the work done to actually get someone at Loberg to call us back. I understood they were busy at the time, there were a lot of wind and rain storms in the fall, but several times I called and explained the situation to the lady who picked up and said I really wanted to talk about starting the work and getting a few questions answered first, and did not get a call back. After a little over a week of this, we were able to talk to Blake Atwell and things were back to the high quality I had seen at the very beginning! Blake was always able to answer all of our questions with logical clear answers, and was very fast in responding to e-mails or phone calls. We really wanted to switch to the slightly more expensive PVC roofing from IB Roofing, and fortunately Loberg is a qualified installer. They actually did not present that as an option at first because of the price, and I appreciated Blake's honest answers and explanations about the differences between the different PVC, as well as his patience. Getting a solid 2-3 days without rain in the fall in the Pacific Northwest in which to do the roofing job was another matter! It took a few weeks for the weather to cooperate, and even then it would drizzle a little bit during their work. Despite all the crazy conditions, work was completed within the time they said it would. Unfortunately, the day after they finished there was a small leak, but when we called Blake he got a crew out that day and the leak was fixed right away, and since then there have been no problems! Blake also did a bid on fixing our waterproof deck, but we are still waiting to decide if we want to fix it or redo it. Overall, I would highly recommend using Loberg Roofing.

There is nothing to tell in particular about them because all the salesmen are the same. They all tell you what you want to hear. I have had several come out and give me quotes and they are all same and that is the biggest problem for me to decide whom to use. They came almost immediately when I called them. I have to get an updated quote from them because their quote was only good through April 30th and I have not made a decision, so I will get an updated quote.

The crew was excellent. They showed up on time. They used a dump truck the first day to remove the old roof materials so no dumpster to block the driveway. The old roof was removed, plywood added and roofing felt installed within eight hours. A city inspector showed up to check on the installation of the plywood and ask some questions. He left fully satisfied with the work being done. Full cleanup of the area surrounding the house including sweeping the driveway for possible loose nails was done at the end of the day. The second day the new shingles were delivered an hour before the roofing crew was scheduled to start and loaded directly onto the house and garage roofs. The new shingles, roof vents and new flashing were installed with the crew working late to complete the job rather than come back for a couple of hours the next day. The roof and gutters were blown free of any small debris that had been generated. Again the area around the house and driveway were cleaned. The city building inspector came back the day following completion and signed off the final inspection. Overall an excellent, hard working, professional crew.

The work went very well. They are honest, professional, and friendly. They gave me a quote prior to starting to work and it was around what I paid. There weren’t any problems or issues, and they were good about cleaning up after themselves.

It was excellent. They finished the work fast and they did a good job. While they were doing it, I was looking in and I was surprised by how fast they were doing it. They kept it clean, contained, and cleaned up their mess at the end.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Even though our situation was a bit convoluted, with the seller paying for the roof while we paid for the gutters/downspouts, it went smoothly. Blake Atwell from Loberg contacted us and let us choose the color of the new roof (seller agreed this was fine) and told us when the work would be done so we could check it out. They waited for a break in the rain, and then got everything done in two days. Our home inspector said it was a good job. A year and a half later, no leaks or problems. I recently remembered that the seller didn't give us any of the paperwork on the roof, and our real estate agent had suggested getting a copy of the warranty, etc. I emailed Blake and not only did he remember me, but mailed the paperwork to me right away. It's not easy to find great customer service like that these days! I would use Loberg again.

Excellent PROFESSIONAL WORK.

Fantastic experience. I had been dreading replacing my roof. It is a lot of money to spend and you never know what you are getting. I was lucky to see Loberg replace my neighbor's roof a month ago. Every day I would take a little time and watch them in action. They were very professional. One particular thing I liked was they cleaned up every night. They used pickup trucks to remove the old roof. Many companies park a dumpster in the driveway for much of the time. Loberg did not, it was clean every night. I got a couple of bids but I was sure that I was going with the team I saw in action last month. Their bid was right in line with the others (in the middle, not the lowest nor the highest) but the difference was not much in any case. The time estimate was very accurate (they finished at 2:00 PM on the day they had predicted). The roof looks great and we have had some rain and wind with no issues. Every interaction I had with the office was pleasent and professional. A very painless process and I am very happy with the results.

They were very professional. When they broke a skylight, they took responsibility about getting that fixed. I had a couple of other bids and they were all pretty close.

They came promptly to do an estimate in person and reviewed what my needs were. They recommended what product I should use and gave me references to call and review. They completed the job on time and better than I expected. One of the things I really appreciated is that they did not leave a dumpster on my driveway during the project. They brought a truck daily, filled it, and brought it back the next day to use again. It made my house look cleaner and tidier during the project and kept it safe for my kids. Their clean up was exceptional. My yard was cleaner after they worked than before. I highly recommend them.

Came early on the scheduled date. Had old roof off and new one on by end of day. Finished trim and vents on the second day. All debris cleaned up and hauled away.

The price is for the last project on the rental property. They do very good work. They are very service-oriented. They were great about fitting us in a two-day time period that it was not raining. They really stand by their guarantee. They were on the ball and did a great job. The pricing is very good. They also do not oversell. They have even recommended that I not do unnecessary things to save me money. I will use them again in the future and have already recommended him to others.

It was a good experience. They did a nice job. They were timely and the price was right-they were the lowest bid. They cracked the ceiling in our bathroom but came and repaired it. They did about 6 houses out of 11 in our little cul-de-sac this summer.

Loberg Roofing had the lowest estimate for the high quality material we wanted to use for our roof. They were very friendly and accommodating and did a great job with the roof. It looks great. They cleaned up each day and finished when they said they would finish.
