I offer cleaning services that are Occupied and/or Moving out to Residential Home Owners and Apartment/Condo/Town Home Renters. I also offer Office Cleaning to Small Business. I am a sole proprietary and no employees therefore, my rates are pretty fair and more than likely lower that of those professional cleaning service.

My House Cleaning Service is a full service which includes the Stove, Fridge and Windows. If Stove, Fridge and Windows are not requested, I will reduce the rate amount. What I also do is basically when I am hired or the service and when I see that the cleaning is only needing light maintenance cleaning, I will reduce the amount that I originally quoted. I want to be fair and I also want to help. My goal is to keep my clients and grow them by having my clients refer new business to me.
