Kyle was great and super responsive.

Very well, and completed job in 3 hours. Kyle replied to text messages promptly, arrived on time +- 15 minutes. Went right to work setting up ladders and came back the next day to paint newly added trim board after I got paint to match.

They were in and out in no time. Did the job really well. Were very polite and accommodating to my requests.

Kyle and his helper Jose did a nice job at a fair price. Kyle was pleasant and responsive to our requests. He corrected anything that needed correcting without hesitation.

Hired Kyle to replace some rotted trim on an exterior window. He was prompt in responding and kept me updated at all times; he finished on time and under budget. As great a contractor experience as you can hope for.

Kyle did a great job replacing three wooden steps and securing the landing on an external staircase. The new steps feel well supported and he even painted them to match the existing steps, great job overall.

Short version: Don't hire this company, and if you choose to, don't pay before all the work is done, and decide the payment based on hourly work. Long version: This company was recommend by Angi. Kyle was very fast to contact and have his business partner Juan come to our place to look at the issue the next day. Juan looked at the issue and estimated 4 hours of work. When they came to fix it, it took then less than 25 minutes to fix it. I asked about why there is so much difference in estimate and actual work - they didn't have answer. Kyle said he would do the grouting for free with the money we paid. I paid the money, and he said he need to get the material so will come later this week. I have been waiting for more than 4 weeks - contacted him multiple times. He asked for photos of our kitchen counter everytime and said he would come later that week but never showed up. After trying multiple times, I am finally fed up with this unprofessional-ism. I trusted this person and paid in cash (which he preferred) and now he is not showing up to finish the work. Writing this review just so that others don't have to go through such an experience. Thanks!

Kyle was very competitive with his pricing and actually came in under what he quoted (I appreciated his honesty with that). The pergola was built as described and looks good. Only issue in the process was some scheduling fall throughs...otherwise, I was happy with his services.

It was done with great quality, Covid protocols followed and on schedule.

Kyle was great. Did what we asked and communicated very well.

Kyle responded quickly to my request for an estimate. They were here within a few days to complete the work. There were no delays or extra expenses, and the bookshelves look good.

Reasonable quote and work was done efficiently, even in the pouring rain.
