Our mission is to restore confidence in the building/remodeling industry. ​Keen Eye Build is a Seattle-based construction company founded on the principles of high expectation for fine craftsmanship, every relationship matters, great communication, and know what you can control and find creative ways to deal with the things you can’t. Owner and Founder, Richard Keenan established Keen Eye Build after 20 years in the field, first as a framer/carpenter then foreman then superintendent and finally as a construction manager. The goal is to focus on work at the highest caliber of quality and to provide clients with elegant and creative solutions to challenging problems. ​Keen Eye Build specializes in remodels, additions, and new construction. Areas of focus include kitchens, baths, and cabinetry. We strive to build lasting relationships with our subcontractors based on mutual success and building a great team environment. Understanding that most remodels have been dreamt about for a long time prior to our involvement we work with our clients to bring their dreams to reality. Keen Eye Build serves the greater Seattle area from Arlington to South Seattle/Bellevue.
