Kris Jones did an amazing job clearing and fixing a clogged and broken drain field in our rental home. The washing machine was backing up and water was coming into the house through the wall. Kris and Jordan, his assistant, quickly diagnosed and repaired the interior and exterior pipes. They were able to clear the drain by digging and locating broken and ancient pipes in the pouring rain and sleet over a two-day period. It was an amazing feat of tenacity and skill! I would hire Jones Plumbing in an instant!

Kris was flexible with my schedule, punctual, courteous, friendly, used state-of-the art tools, and added an extra valve to the new pipe he put in my crawl space. He worked quickly and concisely and was very patient with my toddler who wanted to help. He appeared very knowledgeable and explained the process while kindly answering all my questions. He was up front and honest about all costs which were on par with his services. I would definitely recommend him.
