Jeff did an excellent job. He supported me with excellent advice, but he did not try to tell me what to do. He treated me as a customer rather than treating me as a child like many agents. He was very proactive in showing the house and supported many open houses and agent walkthroughs. He did not profess to be an expert at everything but was certainly an expert in being a listing agent.

As for our experience, we had a small budget and Jeff worked tirelessly to find me the best available; considering our needs, the costs, and investment potential. He was very knowledgeable and very patient. There were more than a few times I called him out of panic, and he very professionally eased my mind. Not long after we started, we found the home with everything we wanted, in a price we could afford! Today we are still in it, happier than ever. Since that time, I have called on Jeff to inquire about new opportunities for investing, upgrading, or just inquiring about my own homes value. We have found a realtor for life, and will gladly recommend him to anyone we know needing an experienced real estate agent.
