The bathroom quartz counter work went without a hitch, so I did not hesitate to have them back to demo and install new quartz counters in my kitchen. They work quickly, efficiently and with an extremely high amount of skill. Plus, they are the nicest people to work with.

It went great!! We where referred to this business by our cabinet installer. It is a family owned business nearby our home. Michael and Jenna are the owners and their expertise and friendliness from the start is what made buying and installing our countertop with them a low stress/positive experience. I love my new countertop and the installation process was done very well with excellent workmanship/no mess-great clean up!. I have recommended many friends and co-workers to call this business.

We are thrilled with our beautiful new quartz countertops! Mike and Jenna are the real deal, super honest, flexible, and informative. Mike and the guys left our house really spotless, and we were amazed at how quick the entire process took, really. Jenna has been so great to work with, answering every one of our questions patiently and responsively. They are not the least expensive, nor the most, and we did our homework, but Integrity is worth the cost. We would absolutely use them again!

Integrity as truly an asset to the project. We had a manufacturer issue with our quartz slab and Mike was very responsive. The manufacturer actually came to our project and commented on the great fabrication job by Integrity. Great communication and product. They made what could have been a bad experience into the focal point of our kitchen.

Mike was amazing!  There is a reason he has great reviews on both Angie's list and yelp.  He's earned every single one!  I don't normally rave about people, but Mike has well earned it.
First, let me state, I'm crazy when it comes to house stuff.  I'm well trained and can do most things on my own.  However, when it came to countertops, I can but wasn't thrilled about doing it (I've done it enough before to realize this).  I got quotes from a total of 5 companies, including Mike's.  He wasn't the cheapest (some others had lower prices but it also equal lower and/or thinner quality stone), but he was very reasonable.
He also answered my calls/emails/ came into the office for me whenever I needed him  Even my crazy 1 am emails asking questions.  He was very professional and friendly.  He really did work wonders getting our measurements and orders in quickly.  Even when I added three extra bathrooms on him and changed the stone last minute when picking out (crazy I tell you!).
He even worked magic to get everything in and installed on a tight very sudden schedule so our in town relatives could see.  And the work was excellent!
We've had the counters installed for a few months now and I literally hug them everyday.  I couldn't be happier.  I will continue to sing Mike's praises, as I find him well worth it.

I found Integrity Stonework here on Angie?s List and got bids from Mike Cooper as well as several other highly-rated vendors.  Not only was Integrity?s price the lowest, he was far and away the most responsive to deal with.  I really appreciated that I didn?t have to pay until the work was finished to my satisfaction.  Other companies wanted full payment upon bid signing!  Mike and his crew did an awesome job on my kitchen countertops.  The seams are amazing ? even though I knew exactly where they were I had to search for them.  There wasn?t a single scratch on my new cabinets either.  They did a really nice job protecting my new floors and keeping the dust to a minimum.  I am very impressed with the work and will definitely get a bid from Integrity when I am ready to install a couple of new countertops in the lower level of my house.

We found out about Mike Cooper of Integrity Granite and Tile through a neighbor who had also recently redone their kitchen countertops.  The entire experience from the beginning to the end was fantastic and we love, love, love the beautiful kitchen and bath Mike and his team has given us.  His company is aptly named because Mike is an honest, hard worker, and very fair on his pricing.  He bends over backwards to help you with questions and decisions, and appears to have infinite patience, in that we took a long time to figure out what granite to get.  He met us down at the warehouses for our 5th and final visit and helped us pick out the final slabs.  He answers emails and phone calls quickly and will tell it to you straight if he has any fabrication concerns regarding any sort of material.  We chose an expensive but sometimes tricky to work with granite and he did an amazing job on it.  He also laid out full height 2x2" marble tile for our backsplash and it also looks fantastic.  Despite us offering, he refused to take any money until the entire job was done.  We could not be happier and highly recommend Mike and his company.

From the start, Mike was wonderful to work with.  His responsiveness to calls and emails was excellent.  He came to our home to help us figure out some layout issues and the quantity we would need.  After he made the template, we met at the granite warehouse in Seattle and laid it out on the actual slab which was very helpful.  We were able to use only 1 slab because he had a remnant at his shop of the same type and finished the one small piece we were missing with that.  This saved us big buck by not having to buy an additional slab.  He was able to install it 3 days later so our kitchen remodel was barely delayed!  He came back to do a little extra polishing at the seam and it is gorgeous!  Thanks, Mike!!

I had a wonderful experience working with Integrity Stonework & Cabinet, formerly Integrity Granite and Tile. I needed to replace my 1990s tile countertops in my kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Off the three companies that gave me estimates, Integrity Stonework and Cabinet was not the cheapest, but I chose them for the job because, what can I say, Mike was so pleasant to work with. Right off the bat, he was very courteous and helpful. I knew that I wanted solid surface, but couldn?t decide if I wanted granite or quartz. Mike took the time to explain the similarities and differences as well as answering all my questions. The job description on the estimate was clear. Communication was excellent from start to finish. My questions were always answered in a timely manner either via emails or text messages. We had to break down the project into two phases because there was a delay in the shipment of my cooktop. Mike was willing to accommodate our schedule. Because I have two young kids, I told him that I couldn?t afford much kitchen downtime, so he and his crew worked long hours to complete the job on time (I?m not sure if they didn?t take breaks!). Right before the kitchen sink was put in, my husband noticed that it wasn?t the sink that we ordered. Worried that this would delay the project, I said I could live with that sink; however, Mike insisted that we should get  what we wanted. He took the slab back to his shop to get recut and bring us the right sink. That level of dedication to customer satisfaction is what really stuck with me. The only thing I wish was done differently was the dust containment. I didn?t realize there would be so much dust. I wish they had put up some kind of tent to keep the dust from flying everywhere. Other than that I think the project went great. My husband and I are pleased with how it turned out. I highly recommend Integrity Stonework & Cabinet.

After I had a nightmare of a time with another fabricator, I ended up being referred to Mike. I quickly learned that I should have gone to Mike in the first place. He responds immediately to emails, he doesn't waste my time, and he does amazing work. It's more than I could ever ask from a fabricator.
The difference between Mike's work and the competition that I've seen is night and day. He covers work surfaces ahead of time, he leaves the work location cleaner than when he entered, and the counters he installed are gorgeous. Also, the turnaround time from slab to counter was super quick. From the time we picked out our slab to having counters in my kitchen was a little over a week.
I really don't know why you'd hire anyone else.

Michael did a wonderful job, I would have given him a A+ if I could. He always called me back right away if he didn't pick up. He was always on time. He was a hard worker and kept his space clean where he was working. He made our granite experience wonderful. He had ideas that were perfect on incorporating existing tile back splash with our granite countertop. We will be using him again for any granite and tile jobs. I would recommend him to anyone.

Michael is a true professional and master craftsman. It is obvious by his final product that he takes great pride in his work. He showed up right on the dot for every appointment, stayed right on with his estimate, which we felt was extremely reasonable, and delivered a final product that surpassed our expectations. He truly is a man of integrity, so his company is aptly named. We are so impressed with his work we will hire him to do work on a future master bath remodel. As an aside, we have had two other contractors here for other reasons look at mike's work and praise his expertise to no end. We could not agree more. He is a breath of fresh air-honest, hard-working, humble and very skilled at his craft.

Mike's professionalism is what stood out to me the most during the whole process of upgrading 3 old bathroom tile counters to quartz. His bid including pricing for new slab choice options or re-use of his extra slabs he had. We were able to select 3 different counter tops from left over stock and saved a lot of money on material costs (and we got at least one very high end piece). He worked with us on the bid price so that we were all comfortable which was great.

We had previously used a different company to do our kitchen installation and we had issues with their professionalism and installation methods (For example, their template came apart after it made it back to the shop causing the 2 slab pieces we used to not be cut correctly. Had to be re-sized on site. Their installation took over 5 hours). Mike's templating job was much more secure and reliable, so when we left i had high confidence that the cut results would line up.

The actual installation for 3 bathrooms took just about 1 hour, and 2 of the sinks had already been mounted. He was quick, he took care not to damage or dirty our house, and he was always very friendly! I should have used him for our Kitchen installation. I would definitely recommend Integrity Granite to a friend! Go with Mike and you'll be paying for high quality and great service.

I had an unusual problem.  The bullnose shaped corner tile on my kitchen island was accidentally broken when the table was pushed into while cleaning the floor.  The break was very jagged and unsightly and I did not want to look at it every day.  I contacted Mike to see if it was at all possible to cut out and replace the bullnose piece.  Mike promptly returned my phone call despite the fact this was not some big dollar awesome job.  He scheduled an appointment and came out right away to assess the damage and give me my options.  Mike assured me it could be fixed.  The next misfortune was we were unable to match my tile, so I had Mike quote me to cut out all four corners of the island and replace them with black tile.  He submitted the estimate of $225 to replace all four corners.  He also let me know that it was possible for him to try to patch the existing bull nose piece as I did have some leftover pieces of flat tile.  Mike felt he could cut the broken piece into clean lines, cut one of my scrap tiles and fit it in with only a minimal seam visible.  I decided I wanted to try the patch rather than the four corners.  Mike scheduled a time with me to come out and do the actual repair.  He was right on time, and even gave me a heads up to let me know when he was on his way.  And his patch job is flawless!  The seam is so clean it is absolutely incredible.  And he placed a tarp down on my floor to catch the dust and there was absolutely zero mess for me to clean up when he was done.  Then to top it all off, Mike tried to not even bill me for his time since I just did the patch rather than all four corners, letting me know he just wanted a shot at our future business as we had told him we are planning to do a kitchen remodel in about two years.  Well, he made two trips to my house and communicated with me on the phone and via email a few times...we were not about to accept his generous offer, though we were extremely impressed by his business ethic.  Mike's time and fuel is definitely worth something and we insisted he accept payment.  When we are ready to remodel in a couple  years, Mike will be given the first opportunity to bid the project and we will want to work with him.  His communication is excellent, his work is very precise, he was just a pleasant person to work with all around and we want to bring him more business in the future.  But for right now the best I can do is encourage anyone reading this to give him the opportunity.  I know you won't be disappointed!

It was a pleasure to contract with Michael Cooper, the owner of Integrity Granite and Tile, for this master bathroom and powder room remodel.  Michael exceeded our expectations in every respect.  Not only is he at the top of his game in terms of craftsmanship, but he has a wonderful eye for aesthetics and detail.  He was very helpful with selection of:  marble slabs, tiles, backsplash, grout, etc.  The project was completed on time, at a reasonable cost, with beautiful results.  Michael is: honest, communicative, punctual, creative, and talented.  If that's not enough, he has a great sense of humor, and it's really enjoyable working with him.  He has my highest respect and recommendation.

I had been wanting to replace the old counters in my home for a while and get things updated, especially since my house is nearly 20 years old.  I finally took the plunge and began that daunting task of "interviewing" contractors and getting bids for the job.  When I called Elegance by Design Kitchen and Bath I immediately felt important.  They were able to get out within a reasonable amount of time to take a peek and bid the job.  When they arrived, they were prompt, courteous, respectful, and very knowledgable about their trade.  The entire process from measuring my kitchen to the installation day was handled with the utmost care and professionalism.  They treated my job as if it was their own home they were working on and took pride in their work - as they should because my kitchen looks amazing and has a touch of "Elegance" now!!
