I hired Ruben to clean our sofa, chairs, a rug, and carpet. I now consider Ruben a friend. He is that much of a gentleman and professional. We couldn't be more pleased with his punctuality, his communication initially and leading up to our scheduled appointment, and his kindness. I also felt his rates were very fair. The result looks (and smells) terrific, and we will absolutely be calling Ruben for our next cleaning. Thanks, Ruben!

Ruben was super responsive. I had spilled juice on our carpet and needed help getting it cleaned up. Ruben responded in less than a day, was able to schedule next-day cleaning, and did an amazing job. He uses steam, and while it takes a day to dry, did a wonderful job of getting out the dirt. He cleaned the spill like it never happened, and did a great job with our bedroom, 2-baths, and family room. He was careful, thorough, professional, and a nice guy too. Highly recommended.

Great service! He called 5 minutes before the appt to say he’d be a couple minutes late; he was literally 2 minutes late! That’s on time to me, haha. Everything was awesome! A couple stains I swore were permanent, came out, just as he assured me they could. It was 2 bedrooms, a hallway and stairs, so not a big job, but the rest is wood floors. He was done in a little over 45 min as projected. One concern I had was if the vacuum hose would scuff the wall corners or trim molding, but they were 100% fine. If you’re looking for the right quality work for the right price, by someone who is truthful, then this is the right choice.

Mr. Mendez was so quick! He was responsive for my urgent need. He was quick and did an amazing job for us! We are DEFINITELY going to hire him again.

Ruben did an awesome job! Our carpets were in pretty terrible shape...thanks to two cats that constantly leave surprises for us. Ruben stayed in contact before the appointment, showed-up 10 min early, and was super polite/professional. A couple of hours later, everything looked great. He even threw in a deodorizing treatment free of charge. I will definitely use Green Plus the next time!
