Our installer seemed very knowledgeable and professional.

They did a good job and gave us a good price. The salesman's name was Gordon and he was really great. He was really great with giving us a good price and he was really knowledgeable.

We chose prefinished Cumaru. The installers delivered it the week before so it could acclimate to the house environment. They came the next week to install. They showed up at the appointment time and worked fast and efficiently. They were polite and friendly. They did the installation in two days including putting in new base molding. When they were finished they requested we do a walkthrough to make sure everything was satisfactory. We requested they replace one plank which had a bubble in the surface, which they did. We couldn't be happier!

The salesman Fais was very helpful and helped me find a great product from Armstrong. Very happy with the installation. Thanks.

It was pretty good service. They did what they said they were going to do but the waxing didn't last as long as I thought it was going to. It had some spots and it wasn't like deep waxing. I wouldn't say it was a superior service. I can give them a 4 out of a 5.

They were very professional, easy to work with and completed the work in a timely manner. It was a wonderful experience to work with them. I would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat!

Overall, the experience was great. The employees were incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. Fiaz Cass-Elias was very good; he directed us to go down to the warehouse to look at the pieces of granite instead of just the showroom. I took his advice and was able to find granite that I liked muxh better for the same price. He was prompt with returning calls and attentive to making sure everything went okay. The companies used to do the installation were likewise attentive; there was one issue with the granite but everything ended up working out.

They were wonderful. We dealt with Fiaz and he was great. There were some issues with the granite that required somebody coming back out to fix something and that was taken care of very promptly. We used recycled commercial rubber tire and coconut fiber flooring. They were great and they were very responsive. I talked to Fiaz numerous times and he was always responsive and helpful. He made an excellent suggestion that I go to the granite warehouse where I actually picked out different granite in the same price range than the sample in the store. That was probably the best advice that I got because I am much happier with it than the color at the store. The pricing was reasonable.

They did a fine job and I was very happy with their work. They came when they said that they would come. They gave us good estimate and they stayed with their estimate. They did everything in one day and did not leave any mess. I was completely happy with them. I have never had this kind of work done so I am not sure if I can compare the price. However, I was pleased as their price seemed reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to other members.

I researched and obtained bids from about 8 companies for installing laminate flooring in my condo. Great Floors' bid was very reasonable and I feel like I definitely got my money's worth. They had some of the best quality laminate of all of the companies in terms of choice of colors and textures. The Armstrong Jefferson Red Oak laminate that I purchased looks like real wood and is very durable and scratch resistant. From start to finish I was very impressed with their work! Karen Ivey, the salesperson, was very professional and helpful. She promptly returned calls and answered all of my questions. Dave came out and installed the laminate floor. He did a fantastic job. He came at the agreed upon time, answered all of my questions, did a great job at installing the floor and cleaned up afterwards. I am very happy with my new floors and would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting new flooring.

WE SHOPPED AROUND AT FOUR OR FIVE CARPET STORES. THIS PLACE HAD THE BEST PRICE FOR THE QUALITY WE WERE LOOKING FOR. THE INSTALLERS SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID GOOD WORK.

OVERALL IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I FELT LIKE WE GOT A DECENT DEAL ON NICE FLOORING, AND THE SERVICE WAS FINE. WHEN I HAD QUESTIONS OR ISSUES, THEY WERE RESOLVED FAIRLY QUICKLY.

I WISH I NEEDED MORE CARPET -- I LIKE REWARDING GOOD COMPANIES! PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE. FOR THE INSTALL, I WAS TOLD THE MEN WOULD SHOW UP SOME TIME BETWEEN 11AM-1PM. THE SALES REP ESTIMATED 3-4 HOURS TO INSTALL AND REPAIR. THEY CAME EARLY AND WERE DONE IN *TWO HOURS* -- PHENOMENAL!
