Once I decided on the size of TV set I wanted the salesperson was very helpful.  They answered all my questions and demonstrated all of the features of the TV set.  They brought the set out and loaded it in my car after the purchase was made. 
I will shop there again.

The people in the store have answered all of my questions and I went to the store several times before my purchase. The delivery people were quick, efficient and did not talk much, not their job. I am planning to have Best Buy Geek Squad mount the TV on the wall in the near future. There was a discount with the purchase of my new TV.

The staff that is in Best Buy sometimes seems to be not interested in helping us quickly. It is sometimes a good experience and it is sometimes a bad experience. I like that they have a good selection and that they have a lot of different options there but again I just dont feel that the sales staff is as helpful as they could be.

We explained our situation/need to 2 different sales people. They never fully listened, and tried to sell us something that was way more expensive than what we needed. Ultimately, we went home with a product they assured us would work. After a couple hours of tinkering, we could not make it work. We ended up going to a smaller, more specialized store, and they were able to help us. We took the receiver back to Best Buy and have learned our lesson. If you need something out of the ordinary, don't go to a "big box" store.

NOT A COMPLICATED TRANSACTION. SALESPERSON WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT SELECTION. WAS ABLE TO RECOMMEND ALL THE RIGHT CABLES. TERMS OF EXTENDED WARRANTY ARE OK.

VERY POSITIVE. PRE CHRISTMAS SALE HAD LOTS OF REAL BUYS. SALES PEOPLE WERE HELPFUL AND LINES WELL MANAGED. RETURNS ARE HANDLED COURTEOUSLY AND BEST BUY CARD BRINGS REWARDS THAT CAN BE USED AT A LATER DATE.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE POLITE AND VERY PUNCTUAL.
