Very prompt response to inquiry and provided a more accurate estimate based on installed gutter lengths(another contractor quoted 24 feet longer that Gordy for the Leaf Relief install).

Gordy was professional and patient - giving us an estimate all the back in 2006 but remembering us when we called in 2007. He researched and found the kind of gutters we were looking for, and was conscientious and timely in his work.
