Five Star Chem-Dry Upholstery & Carpet Cleaning

I've hired several different Chem Drys in the past. The quality of their work was always hit and miss. I love this particular one! They vacuumed the house before they started and after they had finished they raked the carpet and picked up hairballs left over from my dogs hair. The carpets look great! Just a note of warning to those of you who may not be as great with your scheduling. They do not call ahead to remind you they're coming.

They ruined my sofa.  He cleaned the sofa with too much water and there were darker stain marks that were impossible to get out even after paying another company and they couldn't correct it.  The carpets were stiff.  There were cleaning spray marks on my hardwood floors.  The young man didn't know what he was doing.  I had to hire another company to correct the problem.  Mark, the owner, came out to attempt the fix the sofa but it wasn't successful.  He refused to return my calls or my letter after several months. There was too much damage to the sofa.  There was a rip in the sofa and I paid another man to hand stitch it up.  Another company tried to fix the sofa.

It went really well. They were good. I had them clean 2 bedrooms, a hallway, and some rugs.

I really wanted to give these guys all A's, but I can't quite.  The odor in my living room isn't all gone, although I will say they are trying.  They charged me 150 and guaranteed their work.  They have come back twice and I am waiting for a call from the owner to see what further steps need to be taken.  When I called initially, the receptionist told me that they will pull back the carpet, replace the pad, and seal the subflooring if necessary, but that would be highly unlikely because their treatment is so effective with urine odors.  Well, I can still smell urine in the carpet when I sniff the carpet.  I have asked the technician twice about replacing the padding, but both times he said they don't do that.  That response was frustrating to me and I mentioned it again to the receptionist when I called today. She said they replace the padding but rarely and would have the owner call me.  
I wish these guys could have come out within a day or two of my calling, but it didn't work with their schedule.  They do appear to be very busy.  The technicians were very friendly and always very punctual.  They are honoring their guarantee so far and I hope that we are successful with getting the odor out permanently..  They need to be more clear about when or if they do carpet and padding replacement as well as sub floor sealing.  
I do recommend the business as they do try very hard and I know my problem is a pretty tough one. I have no doubt they would do an excellent job with regular carpet cleaning.

Cleaned carpet and stairs. Got all of the stains out except for a paint stain.

They keep the carpet clean and did not need any chemicals. They were great, punctual, and left the house clean. We are very satisfied and I will use them again.

We enjoyed the service. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job! They educated me on how to remove spots for the future. I felt the price was reasonable.

They were courteous and did an outstanding job.  The price was fair and worth every penny. I also went to the store to purchase spot removal. They were accommodating and did an awesome job.

I have used Five Star Chem Dry for the past 7 years and have been extremely satisfied with the carpet cleaning services provided by this company. Mike is a very conscientious young man - courteous and very pleasant to deal with. He is always punctual and gets the job done in a timely manner. He is also concerned that you as the customer are satisfied with the final outcome and has you inspect with him before he leaves to make sure there that you are pleased. His prices are consistent and fair, in my experience with other companies.

DID A GOOD JOB AND MADE GOOD SUGGESTIONS FOR CARE OF THE CARPET. THEY WERE HAVING A SPECIAL, SO THE PRICE WAS GOOD.
