Amazing! After a severe storm, woke to a leaking roof in front of the fireplace. A neighbor referred Jim Fick, called and left a message, which was quickly returned. In a matter of 15 minutes, Jim and another guy arrived to my house. Assessed issue and said easy fix. As they were kindly removing the tree branch that fell on my house, and doing further roof assessment, Jim discovered that the tree branch had punctured a sizeable hole through the roof. Again, fixable and both issues were completed in an hour. Pricing was great, customer service was great and responsiveness was unheard of. Thank you to Jim Fick and the neighbor referral!

Spotted a watermark on the ceiling. I've had this happen before and sometimes just getting someone to come within a day is hard (busy times, lots of work going on). Twice they came out (different spots) within the day called. Smart, professional, efficient. Might be a little expensive for some, but hey, if they come right out and fix it, I'll pay for that.

We got some referrals, checked each out here, talked to them.  All sounded good but Jim's pricing was the best and dates were ideal for getting the worked scheduled.  The crew did a fabulous job cleaning up.  we've only discovered one nail which is hard to believe relative to other experiences.

I had five bids on my house to get a new roof. He came in about $2,000 less than everyone else and he did just a great job. He’s doing a job for me on another house for me right now. He’s very honest, dependable and does beautiful work. He doesn’t try to get rich off of any 1 job. My bids were ranging anywhere from $10,000 down, so I chose him.

Jim was very responsive, and punctual. He came out and gave me a bid that I was happy with, and we scheduled the work. They arrived on time, and got the job done just days before we had a major rain. I was very happy with the way they evaluated the problem, and completed the repair with an eye towards detail.

They do great work. They do what they agree to, in the time they agree. We have used them before at other homes. Fick, the owner, is a no-nonsense, quality businessman. We highly recommend.
