So this time, when our furnace went out, I called them first. I got an answering machine, so went ahead and called a few other people. The estimates were a couple of hundred dollars just to come out for an emergency call on a weekend (not including diagnostics and the actual repair/parts). We had decided to wait until later in the week, when Even Flo returned our call. They were booked up that day, but came out the next day (Sunday) ahead of the expected time and had our house heating up in no time. It was a much more expensive call this time than the first time, however given the estimates from the other companies Even Flo turned out to be very reasonable.
While they were out, they also gave us an estimate for a tune-up, cleaning, and we had a panel switch that was broken (auto-shutff when the panel gets removed). We had never had the furnace cleaned or tuned up in almost 12 years of use, so we went ahead and scheduled that service as well.
We are very happy with Even Flo and will call on them in the future.

"WE APOLOGIZE FOR NOT SEEING THIS REVIEW SOONER. THE FIRST THING A TECHNICIAN LOOKS AT WHEN A 20+ YEAR OLD PAYNE FURNACE IS BEING SERVICED IS THE HEAT EXCHANGERS. THEY WERE CRACKED AND NEEDED REPAIR OR THE FURNACE REPLACED. THE TECHNICIAN SPENT AN HOUR WITH (member name removed) HELPING HIM MAKE A DECISION CHOOSING A REPLACEMENT FURNACE OR PERFORMING THE REPAIR. WE HAVE A SIGNED CONTRACT FROM (member name removed) TO INSTALL A NEW FURNACE AND WE WERE GOING TO INSTALL IT ON A SATURDAY FOR HIM. (member name removed) GAVE US A DEPOSIT CHECK TO SECURE THE INSTALLATION. WHEN THE TECHNICIANS WERE FINISHING THE DUCT CLEAN (member name removed) SAID HE DID NOT WANT TO HAVE THE FURNACE INSTALLED AND THE CHECK WAS RETURNED TO (member name removed). THE TECHNICIAN OFFERED FINANCING TO (member name removed). IF THE CHECK WAS DEPOSITED THE SAME DAY IT WAS BECAUSE OF THE UNCERTAINTY OF PAYMENT AND AVAILABLE FUNDS. WE HAVE NO RECORD OF (member name removed) AS A CUSTOMER AND NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL OR EMAIL OF HER CONCERN. WE DO HAVE THIS ADDRESS LISTED WITH (member name removed) AND HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS MENTIONED. WE RESPECT ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS AND THIER OPINIONS.
