We had the absolute best experience with Jack and James from Edmonds Roofing, I would recommend them to anyone needing any kind of roofing done. We have an unconventional build that only a few roofers were willing to take on, but when Jack and James saw it, they were legitimately excited. Working with them went so smoothly and was so much fun that I’m kind of disappointed that they’re done and I won’t be seeing them on my roof anymore. The first time we met was for an estimate and they talked to us for over an hour and gave us so much (free) information of things we needed to do to be successful with our build. Jack has been roofing his entire life and his father roofed before them, talk about unparalleled knowledge. The estimate came in well below what our other estimate was to boot. We had a torch down roof installed on our low pitch rounded roof. Roofing sheathing and waterproofing went seamlessly and took 2 days. The torch down, gutters and trim took another 2 days. They fit us on their schedule faster than anyone else could and we had a roof faster than we ever thought. They were punctual and communicative which is so important to me. If you have the chance to hire these guys, do it.

It went fine. The only problem is that they didn?t take out a building permit so they were stopped in the middle of the job. They went out and resolved it.

It was a marvelous experience. I had called them for some repair work, and I had not been able to get anyone to come out on the weekend, and on Monday morning they sent a workman out to check if I'd had anybody out. I had not so he went ahead and did the repair work. there was a blockage in a gutter. We we needed to have the roof done, we called them back because they were so marvelous about sending someone out. Every night I would walk around and check if there were nails or something, but there was absolutely nothing left behind. They did the work in just a couple of days.

EDMONDS ROOFING GAVE A FAIR AND COMPETITIVE BID. THE WORK WAS DONE AT THE TIME PROMISED. THE AREA WAS CLEANED FOLLOWING COMPLETION OF THE JOB. BEST OF ALL, THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED.
