Done Right Plumbing & Sewer Repair

This is the second time I've worked with them, the first one earlier was a major sewer line repair and this time just a faucet issue. Once again, the staff were tremendous and the job was done cleanly and efficiently. Shout out to Ashton & Josh this time. Ashton had a couple of useful tips about other parts of plumbing care. So much better service and pricing when compared to some of the other companies I've had before. No doubt, I'll definitely call them when the next issue comes up.

Called Done Right Plumbing about a leaking valve and they were able to come out in the shortest date/time available. Everyone from Tracy to plumbers, Steve and Ben were professional, honest, and knowledgeable, and took time to explain my options. They were not at all pushy or tried to upsell me services I didn't need. They were there to help me in a pinch and to fix my problem. I sincerely appreciate that kind of integrity and commitment to service. I would highly recommend Done Right Plumbing!

Great company, highly recommended! I've met four of their staff and talked to two others - they were all prompt, polite, honest, dedicated, and professional. We had a major plumbing disaster at our house that led to multiple visits due to a main line backup into our house. They worked hard to figure out the problem (that turned out to be a very unusual one) and resolve it, as well as keeping good documentation that we needed because it turned into a liability claim. Of all the contractors we had to deal with to restore our home, they were the easiest. They also worked with us through some challenging billing situations. Let's just say I know what company I'm calling for any future plumbing problems!

Steve took my call, Sunday evening, my husband out of town, several ceiling tiles were soggy and fell out of the ceiling. He unfortunately wasn't able to come out that night, and was booked for a few days out! But he spoke with me calmly, I discussed what I believed was problem then (and later wrote to them update that I had located the pinhole leak, spraying loads of water out of the line), but that I had turned off water to the house, and we had a family of 5 visiting here, so it was kinda urgent. He was gracious and offered to squeeze me in the next morning. So, 2 guys (I believe Mike and John) arrived early! before 9am and were ready to jump on it. They didn't just want to cap it, but replace the whole plastic line, which could fail in another spot down the road. So, they located where the line connected to our pipe, and which he explained is not ideal, and often has issues at that junction. So replacing would definately be a smart solution for future, but I was in a rush to airport and finances tight, (approx $500, which would include the price of this visit) to replace & reconnect tube into pipe, so they agreed to use a ?coupler I believe, and temporarily fixed it. Awesome! Left everything in good condition and then went above and beyond...by not charge me, because I had located the leak, and they were able to service and connect very quickly! ! Wow! That was outstanding. Thank you so much - surely will remember you and pass along the wonderful help and service you gave me. All the best to you guys!

Steven, Johnnie and the crew did amazing work. The completed everything on time (1 day), were very professional, and kept/left the areas in great shape.

Steve from Done Right gathered the information that he needed from me and we set a time. He was on time and had everything swapped out without a hassle. He also identified a couple other items that needed to be addressed. I had already been wondering about them so I'm planning on working with Done Right to get them fixed.

Steven Renfrow and his excellent team of assistants had to crawl around in our 18" crawl space to fix the leaking plumbing for the kitchen and bathroom.  The kitchen required a lot of creativity in figuring out how to replace the waste water pipe without tearing up the floors of our house. All the work was done thoroughly and efficiently without much disruption of our household. He and the crew cleaned up and  patched up as they went along, and everything looks and works great. They are all gentlemen and pride themselves in going the extra mile and making sure everything is more than satisfactory. Considering the difficulty of the jobs and the number of manpower hours that went into this project, I felt the price was very fair. He even gave me a discount on the second half of the job, the bathroom rebuild.

We have had a few hiccups but they are intent to make everything right.  They explain everything and guarantee their work.

We recently got out 1 1/2 bath home replumbed. We were very happy with the results. Done Right Plumbing was quick coming over for the estimate and returning a very competitive bid. Steven took his time listen to all our needs and had very good ideas what could be done. Steven was very pleasant and my wife and I felt very comfortable with his professionalism. We then tried for three weeks to get additional estimates and only managed to get two. Done Right's bid was the best and we went with them. Once we got a start date, Done Right was very flexible with our plan to redo our kitchen countertop at the same time. They did a great job of juggling the schedule to make sure that we were never without water. The crew was great well-mannered and profession. Plus, they were fast they had the job done in 4 day (some were partial do to scheduling with the counter contractor). They were a great crew and would hire them again.
