They were very responsive. The price included pick-up and delivery. I think they even redid part of the bottom where he said the previous job was not done quite right by anther company. I will be using them again. They have been in business a long time. I called them after frustrations with a competitor. I will be having them redo my 1930's rocking chair. Both pieces have been in our family for a long time. We really wanted to preserve them for more use.
