We first met several times in person at their facility, at our home and through email correspondence, to come up with a plan for our new kitchen. Our Creative Kitchen and Bath designer was able to incorporate both my Husband's and my ideas into a plan and look that we both liked. We made several changes as the design was finalized to keep the project within our budget.
We did not have a strict timeline, as we waited years for this remodel, and our major goal was a quality job.
There were no major concerns, and any issues that came up were easily resolved.
Our finished kitchen is everything we wanted and more!  We love the color scheme, cabinets are very functional and love the style. The quartz counter tops, flooring, paint and cabinet all complement each other very well.
We are very happy with our new kitchen.......now we just need to save up for the bathroom remodels!

The design consultant listened to our ideas and guided us through the planning stage.  She had great ideas and was supportive of ours, making this process as easy as possible.  Tom organized the phases of the project.  He was always accessible and responded to our questions promptly.  Ron, the contractor, was dependable, efficient, and cheerful.  His attention to detail is evident in the finished product.  I would highly recommend Creative Kitchen & Bath, from start to finish.

The designer did a wonderful job incorporating our ideas with hers. The contractors were there when expected. There was a couple of problems that needed to be corrected. We were told that our satisfaction was the most important and those involved worked very hard and extra hours to resolve it to our satisfaction. Important because, stuff just happens!!

They were friendly and professional, they were reasonably priced compared to other companies.

CKB's designer, Dick Pope, was able to use the cabinets we had previously purchased when working with another company. His bathroom layout was more efficient than the other contractor's, so we didn't need to expand one wall outward -- a significant savings. Dick worked with us to ensure the master bathroom and bedroom reflected our tastes, but also helped us choose materials that would work well together. The craftsmanship of the project is absolutely first rate and we are enjoying the finished product so much! Our friends are knocked out by the design and the look, describing it as a luxury hotel suite. The subcontractors they chose were professional and a real pleasure to work with. Tom Owen was quickly responsive to our concerns; he returns calls promptly! The project took longer and cost more than we wanted, but we did make upgraded design choices along the way. We also had to wait a few weeks before they could begin our job. They only work one job at a time, so you know that your job is getting their full attention once they begin the work. Without a doubt, we would consider using them again. We enjoy the results of their work every day, and feel that we have definitely gotten what we paid for.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIFIC. FROM OUR DESIGNER, DICK, WHO TOOK TIME TO PERSONALLY ESCORT ME TO SOME SHOWROOMS TO THE OWNER, TOM WHO PERSONALLY VISITED US AND DAN THE EXTREMELY PATIENT LEAD CONTRACTOR ON THE PROJECT.
